Are we there yet?! On the last countdown to Christmas.We are mid prep and have small joints left ie cannons sideloin roasts shanks chops and diced and mince..See pics below.
So if you need any diced for over the Christmas very popular for New Year's eve or day ..low and slow curry , stew or tagine ..
I can arrange a time ..also at airfield Friday Saturday and Monday ..9 to 2.30pm Farm 4 .30 to 6pm Friday Sat and Monday .We also have new season applejuice ready really gorgeous and candles .My number is 0862797089 ..we are nearly there.Hope the run up is going well for all those in shops and markets .

A lovely day spent with .ni employees at their annual conference..I was invited to speak about diversification..my journey into farming and then tips on Resilience..which was the theme of the event.
It was lovely to be asked ..fantastic people .Over and out until 2025..grateful for all.

Back this weekend with gorgeous options to have in the freezer over Christmas diced shoulder chops shanks cannons of lamb ( lovely for 2) sideloin roasts ( lovely for 2 ) shoulders on the bone ..legs and racks are gone but I can put you on a cancellation list as it does happen at this time of year .Airfield Estate 9am to 2.30 Friday Sat both weekends and the 23rd special collection day..Collect from the farm these days as well 0862797089.We are also the depot for collection for bronze turkeys ( as advertised on countrywide donating 10000 to a woman's shelter Drogheda).

We are open Airfield Estate until 2.30pm.If you would like me to bring home something to collect from farm later we have frozen diced only but we have fresh legs ( perfect for freezer for over the Christmas season large 3kgs size would feed 8 to 10 ) or in our case may 4 :) we have half legs racks shanks and chops .0862797089 I can meet you at farm later ..thank you ..

That phonecall from James Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven kilquade to say straw is needed for the reindeers is one of the happiest calls to get .I bumped into my wonderful former boss Eamonn Williams who asked " What are you up to" ?.Straw for the reindeers Eamon was the reply ! Why does that not surprise me he said!! lol. ! .They escaped for a break.before their very busy night on Dec 25th ..you can see them chilling at Arboretum free of charge at the end of the garden..It's beginning to look alot like Christmas..keep safe all ..back at market tomorrow with all things lamb candles ..its going to be cold but fabulous x

Our Christmas 'Winter at Kilmullen' candles are in and the Christmas bauble are back too.The scent is of apple cinnamon and Clove..just like there is a tart in the oven ..nearly as much joy! A wonderful night at the IFA farming awards..
I was a guest of the lovely Ursula Kelly of ..10 farming women all with farming background..We had some great laughs and a late night was had.
It was lovely to connect with others ..and get their fresh perspective on all things farming.
