Staying hydrated during the warm summer months is essential for overall health and well-being. Here are some tips to help you stay hydrated all summer long:

Drink Plenty of Water: Water is critical for your body’s proper functioning. Aim for at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day (64 ounces). Adjust this based on your activity level and climate.
Infuse Your Water with Flavor: If plain water isn’t your favorite, try adding slices of lemon, cucumber, or mint to infuse some natural flavor. Herbal teas and infused water can also be refreshing options.
