Every GSD Breed Standard says that the back must be straight/level, the withers high. But it was the SV itself who introduced the arched back, made Siegers of them and foisted this aberration on to a gullible world that mindlessly adores foreign 'fatwas'. Thereafter, most judges forgot what they had read in the GSD Breed Standard, and followed the Pied Piper instead. Very few staunch and dedicated GSD breeders have maintained the level back, high and DISTINCT withers, broad thighs, a proper front, and a GSD that looks like a noble GSD, and not like a hyena. Even today, such deformed specimens are given awards by judges who are swayed more by fashion and popularity than be resolute in their conviction of what's proper and what's specified.

Can an FCI Judge officiate at a non-FCI Dog Show?

YES! The Court ruled so, and FCI had to eat humble pie, after bullying their Judges into submission over several years.

But in India, instead of learning from the FCI example, KCI continues with its hegemony over its Judges, exhibitors and breeders, and does its worst to prevent them from participating in any INKC activity. In spite of that, we have had some of the finest persons as our Judges.
