FRAUD/THEFT ALERT

This is 'ILLIYANA', my FCI registered Exotic short hair cat which has been stolen by a pet transporter named 'Bablu Pet Transporter' (Lingraj Shanti). Anybody who brings back my cat or informs me about my cat's location I will give 20000 rupees award. If anybody has purchased it already or now has the cat please inform me because I am planning to take legal action against Lingraj Shanti. Please do not purchase this cat from anybody now or in future.

Events in details:
I had to transport my cat 'ILLIYANA' Prayagraj (Allahabad) so I hired services of this 'Lingaraj Shanti (Bablu pet transporter)' thinking he is reliable but it was a mistake. His associate told me and my client from Allahabad that he was reaching railway station in 10 minutes but did not deliver the cat (didn't show up there). My client kept waiting on the railway station for hours mean time my client and me tried calling Lingaraj Shanti bablu and his associate but never answerd call. Me and my friends tried calling him for next 4 days but never answered, I even tried calling his father but he refused to talk and said "do whatever you can do and do not call me again". On 4th day evening Lingaraj Shanti called me and told me that your cat ran away, I told him that all I wanted was my cat back or he should compensate my loss. Initially he agreed but now again he is not picking up the phose or replying to my messages. I suspect Lingaraj Shanti bablu has sold my cat to somebody else.
So deaf friends, please let me know what should I do now?
What can we all do so that such incidents do not happen again with our pet lover community.

My experience doing business with this frauster was a learning experience. I am not sure if my cat is alive or dead. Or has he sold it, or kept the cat for him Self. I don't have any answers. Please do business with this cheater on your own risk and ease take precautions. Please exercise your best judgment. Take care of your pets.
