These two beautiful bundles were found abandoned and packed neatly in a cardboard box. Rescuer took them home immediately as they wouldn't have survived without mother. After ensuring they are healthy by vet visit, now both these Munchkins are up for adoption.

They are like "two peas in a pod" extremely attached with eachother. And it would be amazing if they both have a same home to grow up together with. Both the pups regulate each other, they takecare of each other, they sleep and eat together.

These two joy bundles will rekindle feelings of playfulness, creativity, laughs and unexplainable joy within you.

Our heartfelt thank you to each one of you for joining us in making adoption camp a success. Its not easy to pull off such a massive camp without support of vendor partners

ITOH is an inclusive and non-judgemental community. will only become successful when we involve/invite pet parents (of different breeds) into our camp. Engage them in dialogue, share stories, experiences. This we truly feel is a powerful way to discourage people from buying from breeders but rather ADOPT different breed of dogs. It's our favorite kind of post - an adoption success story!

Rescuer Testimony:
"I and my husband found Bagush in a very sickly condition at the side of a footpath and decided to take him to a vet. He was heavily malnourished and could potentially be suffering from parvo. We decided to nurse him back to good health. Meanwhile we were also looking for a forever home for him since unfortunately we don't live in India and couldn't take him with us. We had been getting in touch with every animal shelter we could find but all of them were full and after around 2 months of struggling, we finally got to know ITOH. Within a week we found a very lovely couple who fell in love with Bagush the minute they saw his pics posted on ITOH community. They also came to see Bagush a few times before finally adopting him. We could see he was very loved and was in safe and loving hands. We often go see him now and play around in parks. He's growing up handsomely. It couldn't have been possible without the help of ITOH - the adoption process was seamless and we could tell this community genuinely cares for these animals and is always trying their best to give them a home. Even after Bagush got adopted, they were still worried if he settled in well and asked me about his whereabouts. I highly recommend this community if you know an animal that's in need of a home. They will do their utmost for our furry friends :)"

Coffee is a young fellow (7 months and will not grow too big in size) who's fallen on hard times but his gentle, nurturing soul still shines through.
He'd be the perfect companion for a family who wants a quiet, friendly pet with lot of energy. He’s friendly with fellow doggos and humans as well.

Story in his own words:
I met with an accident, lost sensation of my front paw. My human took me home, gave me lots of love and cuddles.
My front paw had to be amputated to avoid further injuries to my bone and that’s how I became a TRIPAWD.
I am dewormed and fully vaccinated, my human is waiting for me to be fit again to get me sterilised.

Still clueless as to why he was thrown from a moving auto by his parents outside a society in Malleshwaram!

15th Jan as we celebrate Sankranti, this good looking indie male's world has fallen apart. He was abandoned/relocated.

He has been secured as he laid helplessly on the road. Immediately he was taken to vet. He is absolutely healthy as per vet's advice n his vaccine is due tomorrow. If you would like to foster and give him hope, DM Or drop a line. We will start his adoption process after few days.

Meet Rani, she's literally the queen of our hearts!❤❤
She was found on a rainy day, running helter and skelter, all alone on the streets, wet and hungry.
Little Rani is an absolute home pupper, cannot live without human company, and can definitely not survive on the streets.

She is a
- 4 month old proud indie baby, vaccinated and dewormed, blood tests done too and is perfectly normal❤
- super friendly with adults and kids!
- loves canine company!
- toilet trained( newspapers)
- temperament wise extremely docile, gentle and friendly, loves to be loved!💕
In short everything you can ever find in a canine companion!!

*Success Story*

"Sona our golden was born inside my apartment premises.She has 3 siblings out of which two got adopted long back ..Mother had a head injury and she passed away ...I had no choice left then had to send her and other sibling to a paid foster for about a month but when I came to knw that they weren't taken proper care I approached Anwesha of ITOH...luckily she managed to get her a free foster . Meanwhile she attended two events organised by ITOH..She is sweet natured , tactful.. indifferent .I was getting worried in other hand for her adoption as she has the regular coffee color skin tone which doesn't attract much people .
But I was wrong as in one of the events organised by ITOH ...a couple approached her and the gentleman was so mesmerized by her nature that within no time they decided to adopt her . Coincidentally the day of her adoption was my birthday ...and God had showered all his blessings .What more I would asked from the almighty.🥲💫☄️🙌.

Without the help of ITOH ..team members (Anwesha,Narayan,Yamini,Rehma)..This wouldn't have been possible.Thank you guys🙏

I am also thankful to Ms.Aparna that she agreed to foster Sona 🙏.
Now She has a lovely family and a furry friend to play with ❤️.

Lastly I would say keep faith , patience and do your karma don't think about result...God has set time for every good thing .

Why do we specify things like this while rescuing?

❌Do not rescue puppies with mothers if the mother and puppy is healthy - the mother dog plays a key role in making sure that the puppy learns all the skills required to survive. The mother nurtures and cares for her puppy till the puppy is able to fend for itself. Rescuing a puppy with a mother means you're taking away the chance of being adopted from a helpless orphan puppy.
If you find a nursing mother and her puppies, please be their guardian by setting up temporary shelter, feeding the mother, getting the pups vaccinated and neutered at the right age.

✅Rescue and rehabilitate when the puppy is ill or injured - in these cases, the puppies have a low chance of survival and need your help.

✅ Incase you're scared of the pups being attacked, please rescue.

An important thing to assess is whether you would be able to find a foster or a permanent home for the pup. If the puppy is raised indoors, it'll lose the ability to survive outside. If you don't have the capacity to rescue and rehabilitate the pup, contact regular rescuers and NGOs to seek help and guidance.

"I met Bounty on a rainy morning ..lost and hungry and hurt ..took her to my house thinking will try to find her caretaker but eventually found out she has been abandoned by some one who has left the city ..Got her check up done and vaccination and deworming..Then the struggle starts for her adoption,I had no idea how difficult is to get an Indie adopted..People used to say she is a hyper active pup and it would b nearly impossible to find a suitable home for her which demotivated me. Found out a foster for her but for short term and then a paid boarding where she was there for about a month . Meanwhile came across "Indie Tales Of Hope" over social media... contacted them.They helped me in getting a foster for Bounty .. but as months passed there was no lead for adoption. I was stranded and was loosing hope . Eventually in one of the Events organised by "ITOH" got a lead.Now she has a home which is perfect for her and she is happy 🙂.
ITOH is a community but it's also a hope and a second chance for those Indie puppies who have lost hope of getting adopted.

I am very thankful to Anwesha ,Narayan,Yamini who made it possible for Bounty to get adopted ...other wise I had no clue or network for getting her adopted .
I am also thankful to Sudeshna who agreed to foster bounty 🙏.

One thing I have realised if u rescue a life then you should have patience and need to spend time and work for getting him/her a forever home.

This was mine and Bounty's journey with "ITOH".

"Sweetu was found in a neighborhood, clearly a case of abandonment.

I was desperately looking for someone to come forward to foster or to adopt her, and reached out to all support groups out there, with zero response. Eventually, I received a message from Ms.Anwesha that Sweetu has been registered for the adoption drive. This brought some relief and hopes.

Along with ITOH 's effort, my family and a couple friends also made a rigorous effort to spread the word through all social media platforms. Finally we got a lead, and delighted to share that Sweetu not only found a forever home, with extremely loving and compassionate parents, but she was also fortunate to find Ruby, a paw sister. That's like getting more than one can ask for!
We appreciate ITOH's support in helping to sign off the adoption documentation."
