Job Description:
As a Telecaller at Royal Equestrian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers while also reaching out to potential clients. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ultimately driving sales through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce Royal Equestrian's products and services.
* Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels such as website inquiries, social media, and promotional events.
* Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and availability to customers.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and requirements.
* Handle customer objections effectively and address any concerns or questions they may have.
* Maintain a database of customer interactions, updating records with relevant information and feedback.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and persuasive demeanor.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
* Knowledge of equestrian products and terminology is preferred but not required.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.

πβ¨ Guess what? We just witnessed an electrifying show at the Army Grounds! The energy was off the charts, and we can't wait to share the highlights with you.
π Team Manipur showcased their exceptional skills with double clear rounds, leaving the crowd in awe. π€© And let's not forget about Viren from Hyderabad, who had everyone on the edge of their seats with his outstanding performance on the magnificent Kaafia! π
But that's not all! The cherry on top was when Armaan proudly received his very first medal for Royal Equestrian! π₯ What a monumental achievement on his first show! π

Celebrations π₯³ππ time for Royal Equestrian Academy today! Savannah astride Golden Gear won silver in the 60cms and Gyani and Tharun both had clear rounds. Samarth and Aneeta with Zhu Zhu were the debutante who totally made us so proud with their βCan Doβ attitude.
It is moment of triumph for the amazing riders, horses, coaches, parents, stable staff and the entire REA community. Because this sport is LOVE - for the horses, riders, community and the sport itself. And hence winning in what we love doing so much tastes that much more sweeter!
Congratulations πππ & Three Cheers to all the winners, debutantes, coaches, parents and the entire REA community that is our strength & support! Indeed itβs true - it takes a village to raise a child or for a child to win at the show jumping competition π€©β€οΈ

Horses love rolling in mud/sand/swamp :) Dust or mud have a drying effect on their skin, which alleviates any irritation. Sand rolls help maintain their body temperature and are skin conditioner & natural insect repellent. Playing in water is another favorite . Burying their muzzle in source of water after a work out cools them down. Horses have a personality outside the arena. One can see it when they are not being ridden.. i.e., when they are in the stables are left to graze or free to stroll in the arena.
