Introducing adorable Chintu ( ) from Bijapur, Karnataka.
Three years ago his hooman, Sachin Bagewadi, was looking for a pet dog. He was told not to adopt an Indie because apparently they were " not intelligent, not easy to train, not good guard dogs " 🙄🙄. Sachin saw so many street dogs struggling to survive on the streets and thought it made no sense to buy a foreign breed.
He decided to prove everyone wrong by adopting an Indie and training him. And so when he found a street pup in need of shelter he adopted him, named him Chintu.

And now here is Chintu-- lovable, intelligent, smart, a terrific guard, learning new commands and games every day 😊

Hello, I am Chintu
I am pleased to meet all of you
I see you are admiring my fluffy tail
Now sit down and listen to my tale!

As you can see, I've got several hats
Don't look at me with surprise like that
It is a well known fact
I have many jobs, I wear different hats!

Right now I'm wearing my thinking cap
It does look a little drab
That's because of the cat, he slaps it a lot
He doesn't have much use for thought!

Guard hat, Exercise hat, Therapy hat
Cuddle hat, Games hat, Comedy hat
I've got many other hats
I'm a busy doggie, you can see that!

I got up in the morning early
I had to make a long journey
I was hoping to meet Madam Doo
Renowned Principal of the Unlearning School!

I'd heard many things about this school
Run by the great Madam Doo
It was funky, it was cool
I wanted to enroll in it too!

I also wanted to get a signed copy
Of Miss Doo's ' Secret Of My Beauty '
So I wore my best blouse
And walked to her house!

I entered through the open door
Miss Doo was sitting on the floor
Seeing me she started grring
She jumped up and started barking!

The rest is rather a blur
I was too frightened by the grr
Back on the road myself I found
I could only hear my heart pound!

But scared I will not remain
I will try again
I will write to Miss Mylu , properly I will explain
Entry to the school I will gain!

Oh Oreo!

One day Mylu Doo brought out her Auntie Avatar and decided to spy on her neighbours and make a list of names of all those who were not following lockdown rules.
Oreo was very happy to be made Assistant Auntie by Mylu !

Assistant Auntie

' Today you will be Assistant Auntie ' ,
One day Mylu told me,
' Get ready to write
And try to get the names right! '

What ' Assistant Auntie ' was I did not know
But I did not want to say no
To assist I am always ready
As long as I'm paid with lots of treaties!

I took paper and pencil
Mylu sat by the window sill
Poked her nose out through the curtain
That rest of her remained hidden she made certain!

She called out many names
It seemed to be a fun game
There was only one problem
I know how to write only two names!
