Taking dog training in India to the next level.

The people in these photos love their dogs so much that they would do anything to bring out their potential.

We went tracking in Chikmaglur with our dogs, working towards our goals for IGP.
Tracking is a scent work exercise that involves the dogs following a track laid by handlers foot scent, from the start of the flag to the finish.

Our natural terrains are highly concentrated with different smells, these guys learn to follow the track and show any articles found on it.

Cool right?

The point is that our dogs can do so much.

Canaan Pet Resort & K9 Academy is so proud of our Founder & Director Kumar Rich R’s IGP achievement in Czech Republic, Europe with his Belgian Shepherd Dog (Malinois) Name: - Gator of Renaissance AKA Berlin, Age 2.4 years.

So why travel all the way to Europe to participate for a dog sport? IGP is a 100 year old dog sport which is very popular across the world but unfortunately not in India yet. Canaan Pet Resort & K9 Academy is India’s premier Training Academy for dogs, Trainers & Pet owners. We want to lead from the front and show the world that India is not behind for quality dog training and show our organisations commitment and dedication to this beautiful dog sport. Our pet dog training also is based on the Companionship dog test methodology and we firmly believe that all dogs are trainable and their quality of life improves greatly with training.
