This lovely girl has trouble breathing because of a condition called BRACHYCEPHALIC AIRWAY SYNDROME
This condition is an inherited defect commonly seen in brachycephalic dogs (dogs having a flat face) and generally occurs with a combination of conditions namely stenotic nares, elongated soft palate, everted laryngeal saccules, laryngeal collapse which can cause an obstruction of the upper respiratory tract making it difficult for the dog to breathe
This girl had only an elongated soft palate which was surgically corrected by removing the excess of the soft palate

Do you give your dog bones?? Think twice before you do
It is not bad to give your dog bones, bones are an excellent source of calcium, but not all bones can be given to dogs
Small brittle bones which the dogs can swallow or can get stuck in the mouth are extremely dangerous!
Long boiled bones which cannot be swallowed are excellent for your dog to sit and chew on for hours and keep them busy and have healthy teeth
