The Price of Growth ------

True progress is not just about stepping up but also about letting go. To reach higher levels, people must be willing to sacrifice comfort, old habits, or even certain relationships. Growth demands a price—time, energy, or opportunities we cherish. It is in giving up the good that we create space for the great. Every step upward requires a trade-off, and it's this willingness to pay the price that ultimately defines success.

Google CEO , Sundar Pichai one said in his 60 second speech that..Life is a game of 5 balls that you manipulate in the air not to fall these balls. One of them is rubber, and the rest are glass balls.
The 5 balls are :- Work, family, health, friends, soul..
It wil not be long before you realize that work is a rubber ball. Whenever this rubber ball falls, it'll jump again, while the other balls are made of glass. If one of them falls, it will not return to it's previous form.
It'll either be damage, bruised, cracked or even scattered..You have to be aware of that & strive for it..

2020 was definitely not the best; it was not a kind year; it was tumultuous, terrifying, wearisome, resilient, heroic, hopeful. Yet, it has tried our strength, courage & our patience — we’ve had to give it our everything, expecting nothing in return but for better times.
And, let’s not forget the good things 2020 has brought. It was a year to show our unprecedented care & gratitude in many different ways. Despite not being able to see our friends and sometimes even families in person, we’ve managed to stay in touch. And by keeping our distance, we’ve shown how much we care about our loved ones.
This year made us to share care & still we are smiling & sharing the moments of glory & peace ; made us remember what compassion is. We learned to enjoy every sunrise & sunset ..loved to show our respect towards the mother nature. We have shown that we can persevere, whatever life throw at us we'll stand as one. So let's say good bye to this year full of revelations & greet 2021 with our head held high.
