STOP POACHING WILDLIFE :
Tamil Nadu Forest Department along with WCCB (Wildlife Crime Control Bureau) busted an illegal wildlife trafficking and trading racket in the city. They seized 184 Alexandrine Parakeets in the last 3 days. Most of them are babies which are poached in the wild from their nests. Hardly a few days old , separated from their mothers these babies have tough days ahead. Thanks to the efforts of the Forest Department they will be soon rehabilitated back into the wild. It is quite sad to see these beautiful babies suffer because of our greed to keep them as pets. Please don't buy or encourage anyone to buy these birds or any wild animal for that matter. Think about the hundreds of mothers who have lost their babies because we want them as pets.
Remember when the buying stops the killing can too.
