To start counting your macros do the following steps.
1. Buy a food scale in your house to see exactly how big your portions are.
2. Be confident with your diet plan. Whether you want to lose your body weight or you want to increase it.
3. After setting your calorie goal, you can use any diet apps or websites to estimate your current needs for maintenance.
4. There is a difference in the ratio of carbs for the men and women because of the hormones, adjust it accordingly.
5. If you feel hungry, add more protein as it is the most satiating nutrient. You can also add Fiber for filling.
6. If you feel tired, add more veggies to get sufficient micronutrients and energy.
7. If you want to lose weight lower your calorie intake with dinner.
8. When you attain a medium of your body goal, adjust the macro ratio to meet up your specific lifestyle.
