r the Right to Information Act as we are a semi government body with several members of the public serving as elected members of its Board. The Chief Veterinary Officer, Vikas Bhawan, Survey Chowk is the Secretary of the SPCA, Dehradun. I once again on behalf of the SPCA appeal to one and all to kindly come forward and donate for a worthy cause. No amount is too little and will go a great way in helping in the care and treatment of injured Animals.
