PetWorks Salute| Manoj Chawla
Here comes the story of another person who is a part of the community of canophilists Mr. Manoj Chawla from Bhiwadi.
Instinctive to love and serve them, his day starts with feeding stray dogs around on regular basis.
He brought many puppies to us at PetWorks and helped them recuperate from Canine Parvo virus a lethal viral illness and better served the cause by getting them neutered.
Again this year he found a female dog who gave litter around being a noble soul he initiated to get the puppies vaccinated and is searching foster houses for them and not to miss got the mother spayed at PetWorks , giving us again a prospect to be a part of his munificent work.
We salute him for his generosity and love for animals.
Mr. Manoj Chawla you are a true paradigm of an ‘animal lover ‘and an inspiration to us and many others to come forward and join him in this mission of serving animal life by doing their bit , to make it a better place for all living being.

PetWorks Salute | Sanjeev Kumar

Every so often, we get to meet a Pet Parent that has gone ‘above and beyond’. This is the story of Chutki, and her benefactor.
Chutki is a stray, a few months old, and with a badly desquamated and infected hind leg. She got this from getting stuck in fencing wires that badly cut her. Any dog in this condition would not survive long.
Sanjeev saw her at Sushant Lok C block, and without a care in the world, carried her to PetWorks. We were clearly worried to see Chutki in this condition, and knew she needed immediate attention. Chutki was dressed, carefully cleaned, and was put under a required dose of antibiotics. It took 10 long days… but after 10 days of work on her, Chutki finally healed.
Chutki owes it much less to Doctors like us, and more to people like Sanjeev and their large-heartedness.
Sanjeev, we need more people like you. Salute!

PETWORKS SALUTE
Here’s proving again, that the world has more good people than we know.
Veneral Granuloma, is one of the worst kinds of sexually transmitted diseases in dogs. It spreads fast, and is painful. When Papinder Sodhi brought ‘Polar Bear’ to our clinic in DLF Phase 4, we knew what to do with the dog. We also knew that the person who made this effort to bring the dog , all the way from Sector 56, has to be a kind and concerned soul.
‘Polar Bear’ is now safe and recovering, of course.
This time our Salute goes out to the savior of ‘Polar Bear’, Papinder Sodhi.
Papinder, the world needs more people like you.

Pet Works Salute | The story of Star and Vartika
When Vartika found 'Star' near Suncity, he had severe maggot wounds. One of the most troublesome, and painful things a dog ever can go through. Vartika knew it and sensed the pain, and without giving much thought to her schedule, car or expenses, got Star to Petworks. The wounds on the head took some time to heal, just like they do, but Vartika's patience and persistence didn't falter. Today as we look at Star running around wagging his tail, we thank both God and Vartika for giving Star a new lease of life. Our salute this time, to a new Good Samaritan - Vartika.

Pet Works Salute | The story of Sunny, Bharti and one 'Coco'
Coco got paralyzed in an accident. That happens all the time in our world...but not when people like Bharti and Sunny are around. They took Coco under their wing, got her to Petworks, and gave us just one simple instruction- "Get Coco back on her feet."
Dr. Vikas and his team took this up as a challenge and after many days of treatment and care, Coco can now actually stand. What is also incredible is that there are people like Sunny, who will provide Coco a home now.
Thank You, Bharti and Sunny. The world needs more people like you.

Pet Works Salute | The story of Sasha Bhatia Cruz and Hitesh Nigam
So, at Pet Works , we have a very simple rule - Pets are Family, and whenever we see a fellow human sharing the same value, we can’t stop but salute the spirit.
Sasha and Hitesh (not in this picture) found Bvkanoo (pronounced Bu-kanoo) at the IFFCO metro station in an appalling state, and decided to rehabilitate the ailing animal. They got BvKanoo to us when he was fragile and in immediate need of medical attention. We immediately operated upon the animal and cleared the obstructed intestine. After a week or so of recuperation, BvKanoo not just found a new lease of life, but also a new family. Thanks to good Samaritans like Sasha and Hitesh.

It doesn't matter to us , what your pet is called. Or what the animal in your Gali, Mohalla , Colony is called by. What matters is, that we have a duty to keep these animals and our communities Rabies free. This 28th September bring all these names to us, and we would be glad to give them a free vaccine. We are in Gurgaon and believe Pets are Family. :)
