IndieLove believes in the idea that all dogs are deserving of love, no matter if it is a “breed” dog or an Indian one. Indian dogs are hardy, adaptable, intelligent, and excellent companions to any individual or family! They have been misunderstood and are frequently looked down upon, and IndieLove hopes to change that perception. There are many souls that animal welfare workers realize they canno
t help directly, but do not wish to ignore as they are in need. What we aim to provide is a home for all those kids that need help. IndieLove supports rescuers who work for the benefit of animals in a sustainable and well thought out manner, and works towards helping them. Those who want to show their love for all dogs can visit our dog park and café. We have over 100 dogs at our facility in Gurgaon, all ready to give you some love and licks! IndieLove is conceptualized and run by Sunil Kaushik.

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers in the world who love their children and want the best for them, the ones who don’t lead by fear but by example, who make sure their kids always have a safe space to come back to, the ones who go against the world when needed for their kids!

We had to take the drastic step of stopping all medicine and food orders. Our vendors are now angry to say the least. And we had to promise them that there will be no requests for orders now till we clear the bills.
This is a big promise considering that we can’t stop medicines and food. And these are not just regular cough medicines or pedigree. This is the rice, and chicken that is the main meal of most dogs, the antibiotics and injections that are otherwise not available in pharmacies in single units.
These are the backbone of our functioning, and we are failing to fulfil it.

Students from recently visited our foster premises to know more about our work and kids under our care. They wrote a well written article on their experience and it’s truly heartwarming to see young children being interested in animal welfare and finding it a work worth of conversations and praise.
We hope more schools guide their students to be interested in animal welfare!

A dog is a dog no matter a breed or an Indie. They will love you, cuddle with you the same way as the breeds do. There are many kids outside who we can’t help, neither choose to ignore. Not having a place and proper medication facility is where we are lacking. We need support and help to let us help those kids who suffer on a daily basis for food, shelter and medication.
All we want is a home for all those kids around who needs help. Indie love will be open to any person who rescue dogs and need help from us. I don’t want anyone to suffer the way we suffered. For those who wants to show their love for Indie can come and join us and spread love and care.
Indielove is run by Sunil Kaushik , who proudly call himself DogFather.
Our Vision
It is a harsh fact that people do often tend to abandon their dogs if at some point they find that they are unable to manage them. As a result dogs are found on roads, jungles and other similar places, without any guardian and they are often inflicted to injuries wounds and diseases . On a more serious note, it is notable that a considerable number of dogs are exploited in the name of business and commercialization which results in their suffering. Dog breeders use bi***es as a mechanic force for begetting tender ones. The former are kept in exceptionally harsh and abominable conditions. The puppies are often purchased by people and after realizing that they are more like a burden to them the little ones are left anywhere literally in an air of ‘letting them die’ .
So, our project aims at
- To provide the low cost with best facility foster to rescuers so we can encourage them to
rescue more kids
- To provide appropriate medication to injured/fragile dogs with consultation of vet.
- To rehabilitate these dogs to nurture them with affection and care
- To facilitate cost free adoption of the dogs for their better future .
- To properly vaccinate the stray dogs as to avoid any disease both to them and the people
who are coming in contact with them
To accomplish these objectives and issues related with them we have established a Foster Home-cum-Shelter named IndieLove. Located in Kadarpur, Gurgaon , Our foster home is there to help those who loves dogs and wants to rescue them but feel unable due to some reasons and find other foster homes expensive. We have minimum and negligible charges and maximum love for the canines, just to ensure the ease of the rescuer and encourage the rescues of the pooches . In Indie Love, we have 30+ dogs which are rescued by us apart from other foster kids.
This is not just another foster home, it is like a movement for us to bring change not only in the lives of this lovely creature but also the mindset of the humans .
