I Chetna Singh feel why everytime a customer should give review about any business.. we also have right to review the customer. In my work I get some many fake dog lover who show themselves to be the only dog lover in the world but in real they are just fake dog lovers. People who know me are aware how passionate I am about dogs. Forget about my boarding but I can't even see any random stray dog suffering. Every place has their opening and closing timings so do we have.
2 days back a lady left his dog at my place wherein I mentioned that we will be closed at 8pm and she needs to pick her pet by then to which she said ya we will reach early evening. I am particular about my operational hours as our days start very very early for which we need to sleep on time.
Now yesterday on the day of checkout of her pet, she called and said she got late and will come by 9pm or 10pm for which I said no, she started shouting and said "mera bachcha main lay nahi sakti kya" she was showing so much love then I said if that is the case then you should have left on time to reach here in time.. she said it's your house only so y can't you give , what you say to these Insensitive, so called educated people that you can't barge in someone's personal time. I never mentioned that we are open 24/7. Somehow I gave her the option to drop the pet to some known of her.
Now interesting thing starts as soon as the pet met this lady she un necessarily started complaining "oh he is breathing heavy I said ya keep him in AC its too hot " (frankly do i need to guide her on this?)
Then she said there is some mark on his mouth I asked her to show me and I said it's his skin issue. Till this also she was not satisfied then said he is vomiting since he has come, he has ticks (1 tick on this season means he has ticks? ) and what not after writing all this she blocked me. Really? Why blocking me I need to question her if you are so correct in saying all this then I want to see if that is real true or no.. blocking means she is lying and also said I will write review.. why??? first talk to me and give me proofs of whatever you are saying.. I never leave worrying and caring about dog even when they are gone back to their home, ideally I should have blocked but y she did?
I feel sorry for such people as why they are like this. In such cases Pets are so adorable and their owners are so bad. I feel one must clarify ....... only because I said that I won't give your pet that late doesn't mean you start all this drama and speak lie about me.
