One of the cutest puppies at the clinic with a pair of expressive innocent eyes.
SCOOBY has been rescued by one of the kindest ladies I know. She was moved by SCOOBY's story and decided to open up her home and her heart to this poor little boy. When SCOOBY first came home, he was all skin and bones. But with love and care he soon turned into a very healthy and happy puppy.
I always love a good rescue story and thought of giving SCOOBY a shout out.

Slowly getting back in action.
Still weak and slow, lost almost 17 kgs. But my clinic is where I belong and, allowing a pet to nibble my finger while I talk to their parent is the best feeling ever.
Never thought I would be able to come back this soon. Thought I was letting my team down by taking such a long break. Was getting all kinds of depressing ideas.

Not one of my best looking pics, but one to express my gratitude to the almighty!
I have been suffering from Pancreatic infection and was in the ICU for 3 days. Feeling a lot better now, though still very weak. Will probably be released from the hospital in a day or two.
I thank everyone of you who sent their good wishes. Your positivity and kind words are helping me in my recovery process

COCO came with a severe condition in one of her eyes. The entire eye socket was completely occluded by thick keratinized mass and the vision was gone.
It took a long while for COCO to get well and his parents were visibly distressed to watch their baby suffer so much.
However with proper medication and loads of patience we did manage the condition and it is so gratifying to see COCO and her parents happy once again!
P.S- I thank COCO's parents for sending over these photographs to share his recovery with me.

Accidents are common in pets, much like in humans.
But what hurts me the most is to have to deal with an accident case that is caused intentionally to an animal. Animal cruelty is not new, but each time it feels new, and it gives me and my team intense pain to see an animal suffering because one of our fellow and supposedly 'superior' species decided to act all powerful over a voiceless creature.

Me and my team are super excited to see a French Bulldog for the first time at our clinic.
CHARLIE came to see us all the way from Shillong and his parents are also planning to travel back after his check-up. CHARLIE is such a calm and composed kid, he almost took a nap on the examination table while we were trying to poke around his abscess with a needle!

A while back at the clinic, we successfully performed oncosurgery and removed a soft tissue sarcoma almost half kg in size in a 11 year old dog.
I normally avoid graphic details of surgical procedures as it may be repulsive for many of you.

This puppy with a lock has the most magical eyes. Well, don't get caught up on the lock though. This baby was only temporarily tied up like this. His new parents rescued him and they didn't have a proper leash & collar set at home. His parents are diligently following his vaccination/de-worming schedule and he has new collar and leash now.
But collar or no collar, the best you can do for any animal is to give them loads of love, few grains from your share, and they are going to love you for life ❤

VET PJB team has been offering home visits for close to 2 months now. Our new clinic is still under construction and is taking longer than our expectations to get operational.
