HUMANITY for ANIMALS is an Ernakulam based organization founded by Actor-Director Ranjini Haridas and Aishwarya Prem, both animal welfare activists from different cities who have come together to make 'active animal welfare' a reality in Ernakulam and the State of Kerala. We, with our animal loving friends whom we cannot function without, believe that all of Gods creations deserve the chance to a

happy, healthy, safe and protected life. HFA intensively works on rescue of injured, abused and neglected street animals. We also vaccinate, spay/neuter, re-home and rehabilitate animals that need our help. We believe that Humanity is not to be restricted only to human welfare. Animals deserve their share of humanity too and we dedicate ourselves to achieving that.

This was a rescue case we got last week ..a group of boys helped bring him to to the hospital but unfortunately He did not survive the night . Sometimes even if we try our level best some of our four legged friends don’t make it through and it breaks our heart every single time but then we just have to keep at it and carry on . #adoptdontshop This adorable baby was found abandoned at thoppumpady (kochi). He is still on the road and has injured his leg too. We need someon to adopt him asap. #hope Look at her poor helpless face . We somehow with the help of one of my workers at home managed to get her into the car to take her to the vets . She was aggressive evidently due to pain and hence we had to cover her with cloth and wrap her in that before she could be lifted up .
