3 tips for cooling down water temperatures in this heatwave:

Add aeration or surface agitation to your aquariums.

Do waterchanges late at night or early in the morning. Ideally, before sunrise and after sunset.

Float frozen water bottles/gel packs in the water. Be sure to take into account your volume of water and stock load when doing this.
