At Eeki Farms, we believe every minute saved is a step towards smarter farming. Last week, we completed a Time-Motion Study at our farm, and the results were eye-opening.

Here’s what we achieved together:
✅ Identified and eliminated 180+ minutes of wasted time in daily operations.
✅ Reduced unproductive motions and improved task change-over efficiency.
✅ Trained our teams with improved techniques, making work smoother and faster.
✅ Introduced the U-Method in harvesting, which streamlined workflow like never before.

Most importantly, we celebrated our hardworking team by awarding certificates to everyone who participated. Because at Eeki, efficiency is about people as much as it is about process. 🙌
