It literally takes our sweat and blood to try to help these voiceless animals. Poor kids were crying for 3 days stuck under a mountain of logs. The restless mother could not go under them and was roaming around the logs helpless and crying for her kids.
@_niteenbhadauria_ who lived nearby gave us a call and informed us about them. Just a call was what was needed and @procrastinationpersonified12 immediately agreed to help me in the rescue. We worked for an hour and managed to rescued 4 of them. The other two were stuck too deep under the logs and thankfully @shivashish.foundation turned up to help us save the other two. For another hour we kept taking out one log after another and managed to take out the other two pups as well.
We built a temporary shelter for them to stay safe and gave them the necessary first aid as well.
The pups and the mother are doing fine now and are being looked after by @_niteenbhadauria_ and his family.

This German Shepherd is one of the many from his breed who are bought for their strong built and intimidating nature. They are mostly tied up/ starved/tortured and played rough with to make them deliberately aggressive. And once it gets out of control or they grow old, they are abandoned like Scott.
Scott (as we have named him) must be from a similar household that abandoned him once he was old and and needed medical care. He was thrown into the ditch you see in the video in the middle of the night. He was taken out by Mr Ravi Verma with the help of locals living in the area who immediately coordinated with us to help him out.
Scott had wounds all over his body, ribs bulging out, disoriented with tired eyes. When he was taken to the vet, we found out the maggot wound has spread to his subdural space (in brain) and the infection was massive spreading everywhere else. We got a complete blood checkup done for him to understand the level of contamination in his body.
After the initial checkup, we brought him to our foster care. He is such an old dog who has lived a terrible life, we understand his aggression was temporary. He ate a full bowl and slept for 12 hours straight. How tired he must been!!
Although he looked so much better the following morning, his blood reports didn’t look so good. We have started his treatment and he seems to be responding well.

Jack’s 4 month journey at our foster care was a roller coaster ride, full of ups and down. We have tried to compile it in under 4 minutes.
Within 4 months of him being born, he underwent two massive surgeries. He’s a fighter and such a strong spirited puppy who kept beating all odds and responded to the treatments beautifully.
What’s overwhelming was to see the entire colony waiting for his arrival. We’re grateful to the few who helped us out with his surgery.
For you all, Jack’s caretakers and everyone else, here’s a tale to make you all smile in a warm summer day.

Some kids who come to our foster care require extra care and attention. Softy (the white one) was sent to us by @saumya_2511 and Sunehri was brought yesterday by Devika and her mother. Both of them are in this condition because some reckless drivers hit them with their fast moving vehicles. People who passed them on roads seeing them in pain turned a blind eye. The place where they were getting the treatment from was overburdened with many sick dogs and hence the bed sores which kept turning from bad to worse. Saumya ma’am and Devika brought them here and now we are trying to do everything it takes to nurse them back to health. Softy’s bed sores have significantly healed since she came to us 2 weeks back. Sunehri will still take some time to recover as we started her treatment yesterday. Stay tuned for more updates and please keep these in your prayers like you all always do.

Spend a minute to watch this inexplicable journey of Young Monk in our foster care. He came to suffering from parvo virus and terrible skin condition. However some kids come with a natural ability to fight all odds and he was one of those. He recovered in a week and went back to his location.

Jaggu is here to tell you her story and has an important message in the end. Almost every other day we receive a call or message saying ‘we need help with a pup/dog but we can’t do anything physically or financially since we are students’. I get it that you might not have handled dogs before or you don’t know where to take the injured kid or you don’t have means to cover the financial expenses being dependent on your parents yourself. But so is @vaish_shubhi . Still when she found a sick puppy who needed immediate medical attention, she picked Jaggu up and brought her to our foster care for treatment. It’s just a matter of taking an initiative and fighting your fears just like she did. Obviously we didn’t charge her for the treatment as our way to help Jaggu.
Jaggu is now a happy pup and we’ll soon get her mother and father neutered/spayed.

A new week, a new kid who needs our help. Meet Tuffy everyone.
A happy and adorable pupper who is suffefrom a genetic bone disorder. His lower jaw is shorter than the upper one and his bones are extremely brittle.
That’s not all, his shoulder is dislocated as well. Even after having such a rough start to life, he’s just such a happy and playful pup who loves to snuggle with other foster kids in his room.

Update on Jack after his second surgery. The first one failed since the temporary fix done during the surgery could not hold his bones together. There were two options, either we could get his leg amputated or another complex procedure must be performed that might save his severely fractured leg. We opted for the latter and thankfully we were able to save his leg. However due to the complexity of the procedure, he needs much more care and attention. Trying our best to get him back on his feet. Will keep you all updated on his condition

One of the most difficult task for a rescue organization or basically for anyone who wishes to help an injured animals is to find the right doctor at the right time. Paravets can't be expected to do complex treatments without the supervision of an experienced veterinarian.
We currently have 10 kids who need medical attention and it's not possible to take them all to the vet on the same day. Thankfully Dr. Manish Tiwari understood our problem when we kept bringing in one kid after another into his clinic and wiped our worries away by visiting our foster care for the treatment. He had an extremely busy schedule but seeing the number of kids who needed his help came over to guide us on their treatment after attending many at his clinic. We are grateful to you sir and thank you Rohit (Paravet) for your assistance 🙏

Hope you all remember Max. He was abandoned by his onwers and was roaming on the streets scared and cold. He is senile, blind and deaf. He used to get seizures. When we took him to vet, we were suggested euthanasia due to terrible blood reports, dropping vitals and the age of 14 making everything worse.
Well this is Max, happy and healthy 4 months later.

Hello everyone, meet Tiger. This gorgeous kid was being abused and mistreated by his owners. He has penile tumor for which no treatment was being given to him by his humans. Thankfully he was rescued by @saumya_2511 and admitted in our foster care by @foodie_aksh*t_kashyap . His chemotherapy is starting from tomorrow and hopefully he’ll make a full recover soon. He’s a complete oddball but we love him.

Update on Kiwi - After every alternate day visiting @dr.manishtewari for treatment for ascites, heavy infection in body and severely damage liver and us following his every advice at home, we have managed to get her to eat and walk. Her liver is so severely damaged that her diet needs to be strictly in control and medications need to be given timely. We’ll keep you updated on her health. However there is still a long way to go.

Somedays are exceptionally tough especially during winters. Low temperatures, pouring rain and increased virulence of diseases greatly enhances the chances of them getting hypothermia, respiratory disorders and/or parvo/distemper. Unfortunately Donut and Miracle are suffering from all these problems and we are doing everything in our power to nurse them back to health. We have been taking all of the to @dr.manishtewari everyday since last one week. Day or night we are with these kids. They don’t deserve to suffer like this and it breaks our hearts whenever we see them unable to breath. Here we are using a nebuliser to aid the breathing process as cough and mucus has clogged their respiratory system. Please keep these kids in your prayers. They can really use some good vibes.
Solution- Spaying/Neutering of dogs. That must be our priority.

Nail Clipping on a regular basis is essential especially for those dogs who live in a foster care/shelter/dog creche for extended periods. Since these kids don’t get a lot of time on roads or playtime on rough surface, their nails grow extensively and might break abruptly or puncture their skin causing them pain and discomfort.
When we say we will take a kid under our wings, we make sure he/she has a quality of life they haven’t experienced before even if it means sacrificing our own needs sometimes.
P.S Look at Marshall all worried about his second best friend Misty (Jwala being the first). He didn’t leave for a second while her nails were being trimmed.

Throwback to our Animal Care Manager @not__sunshine (Purvi)’s birthday. She told us she hates it when people order big birthday cakes only to spoil it by facepalming the cake or it just goes to waste.
