This is Nawab, gets into fight with every other cat, which caused such a bad wound , we had to do his surgery to remove all the fluid filled in the wound and also castrated him
He is recovered completely now, and behaves like a good cat ....
This is a good example of solved
behaviour issues post castration

We can go on and on about how much neutering your pet is important....😉

Limb completely broken and twisted, severe bleeding and immense pain, this sub adult kite was found hanging upwards down on a kite string (manja), two days back however is stable now and is fostered by our wild life heroes .....

Diwali is a festival of joy and happiness and we witnessed it....
Rudra the cat went missing a week back,
Mr Faizal Majeed asked us to help him find his pet cat and also his only family member in Mumbai, we circulated the pictures and a message describing Rudra..
And luckily our other patients owner .madye and were quick and alert enough to spot Rudra sitting on a roof and calling us immediately, as Mr Faizal is new in Mumbai he didn't know the way to get there, and from went there personally and helped him...
It was such a great feeling to see them reunite after a week....we truly witnessed pure joy and happiness.... ❤️

In love with these body bandages...
We have been using those cotton cloth body bandages for a long time now...but this new readymade bandage, makes everything really easy and manageable...its pocket friendly too😊

I am a veterinarian.

I work long hours. I work hard hours.
My hair is often pulled back. My clothes are often dirty.

I am on the floor to take my time and make my patient feel comfortable. I am standing tall and looking you in the eyes to ensure I will take the very best care of your best friend.

I am up early mornings giving 100% of my effort to stand by my oath and do what is right in some of the most difficult decisions. I am up late nights eating dinner on the surgery table giving 100% to come up with a treatment plan when I just want to go home and lay down.

I get praised. I get yelled at.

I know what it’s like to lose your furry friend so I open my heart and pour it out to treat you how I would want to be treated. Then I put on my best smile and rinse, wash and repeat for the next room.

Day in and day out I see suffering animals. Day in and day out I stand witness to the love and bond between people and their pets.

Sometimes I have to deliver good news. Sometimes I have to deliver bad news.
Sometimes I have to convince you to do diagnostics that you don’t think are necessary just so I can do my job.
Sometimes you don’t want to pay and I have to use my detective skills and still try and do the best medicine.

Sometimes you give me the reins and ask me to do anything in my power to save your pet when there is nothing left for me to do but pray.
Sometimes I have to take a deep breath at the surgery table and tell myself that I am capable.
Sometimes I walk out of the clinic feeling like a hero.

I am putting my feelings aside on a daily basis to put my oath for animals first.
I am a veterinarian.
I am a community of veterinarians.
I am a community of humans doing our best for animals and their humans.

I am standing up to say not one more vet.
Be kind to your veterinarian.
We worked our whole lives to be “doctor” but before that we were human and continue to want to be.

Kaju : wait junior... I will show you how to stand like humans😋

Kaju has always been teaching Junior everything, be it hunting or behaving well, litter training everything was taught by Kaju.
When some people left Junior at our clinic we were worried about Kaju's reaction, surprisingly Kaju was very accepting and loving towards Junior....

I think we tend to think that our pets would do something or won't based on our thinking, capabilities, behaviour....and much more
Many people come in and say "voh katega, nahi rukega " or " we have pampered him alot he won't listen to you" but when we take the patient away from that hyperactive person😅 and energy the pets behave VERY WELL
Let us not tag our own animals as aggressive or naughty let us socialise them more let us love them more

He is recovered completely, and finally can be without a diaper after 2 long years, because that's how long he had the tumor and was wearing a diaper to avoid touching of the tumor to the ground and leakage of blood everywhere(in the later stages)
Pappu is realy strong he went through all this and now is back to behaving like a puppy...

A "laundry" bag full of happiness, these kids regularly visit us for their pet "shautti", they never miss a date of vaccination or deworming, and are so much interested in buying everything for Shautti.

These little kids are not well financially but are giving their best for the pup and always had various ways of getting the pup to the clinic, while we also come across many people and thousands of phone calls telling us how it is absolutely impossible to get their pet to the clinic and we should tell some medicins on call, they don't understand that a doctor needs to check the patient and checking is a lot more than just pictures....
We know there is lot more to see and a lot lot more to experience in private practice, however loving it right now.
