We are really happy to announce that our kitten Hugo, at a record-breaking speed, found his furever hooman, in just one week of stay at the cafe!🤩🔥

Rushall had inquired about wanting to adopt a cat after falling in love with our kitties on our Instagram page! We asked him to visit us and chat with our Adoption manager Ayesha. She not only took him through our adoption process but also answered any query he may have about cats and the steps needed to become the ultimate cat parent!🥺🌸

But it was love at first sight, the second Rushall saw Hugo, he just knew that he had found his furever fur buddy! And just like that Hugo was on his way to his furever home!😍

They say fairytales don't happen in real life, but Hugo literally is living in one in his Happily Ever After! We want to wish Rushall, his family, and Hugo 🤩🥰

We are so excited to announce that we will be hosting Koma (), a mixed media artist, tattoo/hand poke artist, illustrator, body piercer, gardener and soul searcher, for a Tattoo pop-up, on the 10th of April 2022 from 3 pm to 9 pm at Cat Café Studio!

“Tattooing and working with skin has been my medium for the longest time now.
I have a private studio in Bombay, where I have been practicing for almost 3 years.

Most of my inspiration comes from cultural history (Japanese, Indian, etc), nature, books, manga, etc. My compositions are inspired by organic aesthetics creating a story or a personal idea/belief/emotions for my clients/collectors. Styles I like to work around more are American/neo-traditional, illustrations, old school, blackwork, geometry, and creating custom designs for all my tattoos.

When a kitten hits the sweet age where they are super high energy, playful and adventurous, It is an important stage of their life where they learn several essential kitty behavior and etiquette!👩🏻‍🎓😼

They run, pounce, stalk, chatter to mimic their prey, and in this case of the video above, Moxy is playing a little game of hide-and-seek with the hooman!🤩😺

It is essential to encourage these behaviors by engaging with them using interactive cat toys like a string toy or a squeaky mouse toy which need you to move around, run and encourage them to exhibit their preying skills.🥰🦁

Does it ever feel like your kitty makes up a whole story in their head as they wiggle their butts and pounce on you or the feather toy😂?

Today we celebrate the co-founder of , , and The Chairperson of , Charu Khosla! 😻✨

It is near impossible to talk about Charu and not have animals mentioned even once. Over the years, she has become synonymous with the term animal welfare. When Charu was in college, she thought she was destined to be a dentist.🦷

After receiving her degree in dentistry she immediately knew it wasn’t where her heart belonged. She loved the science but not the field. So she too decided to pursue her passion instead and studied photography in the USA. She not only started as a photographer but also found her love for graphic designing.🎨🖌

In 2016, Zcyphher had the opportunity to work with Verve for a film and photography project, where Charu had the chance to photograph the heavenly scenes of South Africa. A project that to date holds a very special place in her heart!🥺❤️

Also in 2016, Charu with her sister Mriidu not only decided to take Cat Café Studio to the next level in 2017 by moving into a larger space that we are currently at, but also set the adoption standards and protocols for the cafe. This eventually led to the setting up of their dream project The Feline Foundation, an animal welfare NGO dedicated to improving the lives of stray cats in Versova, and eventually the rest of the city!😼❤️

Charu inspires everyone around her to be the most compassionate version of themselves, especially when it comes to animals. She has this charisma, energy, and infectious laugh that make you passionate about the causes she believes in and inspires you to do more.🐶🐱

We are grateful for Charu for making that leap in faith, working so hard for the animal welfare cause, and bringing in like-minded creative animal-loving people together! If it wasn't for the initiative taken by you, our lives wouldn't have been touched by the amazing dogoos and kitties who give us unlimited love!😻

This 3-month-old thief is wanted for crimes that make her hooman servants quake in fear. Every time a new cat expensive cat toy is lovingly for the kitties to play within the shadows Stella lurks waiting for the right opportunity.🦹🏼‍♂️

When the hooman least expects it, she steals the toy, plays with it all by herself, never sharing it with another kitty, and when the toy has served its purpose, Stella takes it to the top of the highest cat tree and pushes it to its demise...😈

Breaking it and making it unplayable. Only leaving the kitties in the cat area the bubble wrap and the box the toy came in😔😂

Meet the latest addition to our Cat Café Studio cat clan, Foxy🦊!

With glitter in his eyes and wet food staining his little mouth, this 2 and a 1/2-month-old baby cat has wrapped all the CCS Hoomans around his tiny little paws. Just like any other kitten, he is mischievous and playful for his age, but he is also gentle and loves long cuddles🥺

His BFF and brother from another mother, Moxy, and Foxy can be found running, playing, wrestling, and conspiring to convince hoomans to give them more treats 😂

When you visit Cat Café Studio you will find Foxy either sitting in someone’s lap or looking for a lap to nap in🥺

✨Pro tip✨: If you spot him in the cat area, gently and quietly sit next to Foxy. Boom, in the next 3 seconds you'll have a purring Foxy sitting in your lap looking at you with his little face and glittering eyes.
