Part two ❤️ #lovewhatyoudo

"It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop." Confucius little marku is on the road to recovery. he was brought to us with both his rear legs hit by a vehicle. a kind young man saw him dragging his legs with blood oozing from it because of constant dragging of the legs on the harsh and rough roads. but here with lots of massages, love and good care he was on his feet before the expected time of recovery.

hundreds of people pass by him everyday in the monastery area, but only one kind hearted soul noticed this poor dog with severe mange and a terrible wound on his hand and leg. he was brought to us for better care and medication.

These poor, just opened eyes babies were abandoned near our gate early in the morning. only a heartless person would do such a cruel thing, snatching the babies away from the mother just because a lot of babies around their house is a nuisance for them. they don't feel what the mother dog must be going through, searching for the babies everywhere and the babies longing for their mother's warm snug and of course milk. if at all they cannot care for them, at least they can leave them here after a month or two when the babies are strong enough to eat solid food or milk other than the mother's. but not to worry, with lots of love and care they are fine and healthy now. will update soon the recent photos.

Our mission is to provide aid and to create an animal sanctuary for the street dogs and cats in India. Our work consists of rescue, vaccinations, medical treatment, and most importantly, a permanent loving home for the sick, wounded and malnourished street animals in South India. With your help, we aim to create a humane and compassionate community for all animals.

Since we opened in December of last year, 2017, we have a family of 44 dogs and 1 cat living at our animal sanctuary. Thank you for all your love and your support
