Below is a draft format in case your CHS intends to hold sacrifice in a separate tent. You must make an application for the sacrifice of goats in your CHS & obtain a BMC acknowledgement on your letterhead tomorrow. Friday is the last day to atleast apply, as Sat/Sun/Mon are holidays.
Please make necessary changes like name of the Society etc & apply.

Sub: Slaughtering of Goats on Bakri Idd on Monday 12th August 2019 in our Society/Complex

In view of the Bombay High Court Order of 6th August 2019, banning slaughtering of goats in flats, and seeking permission from your Office for slaughtering the animals in the Complex, which are away from the market for more than a km permitted to slaughter goats etc.

In view of the fact that our Complex is away for more than a km from the Slaughter area of the market we would be grateful if permission is granted to our Society to sacrifice the goats on idd days.

In this connection, please note that as required we have made a separate area for slaughtering, well covered and have made necessary arrangements, like every year, to dispose of the bloods and miscellaneous items in the proper garbage disposal area, provided at the corner of ---------' Marg, Kurla West.

Additionally in the past many years there has never been an occasion when we have violated anything in respect of cleanliness & hygiene of our Society and area.

*Bakri Eid Economics*

20 crore plus Indian Muslim will celebrate Bakri Eid, assuming 10% Muslim will sacrifice Goat of minimum Rs 5000/- each...

2 cr * Rs 8000 = *Rs 16000 crore*

Who all get benefited from this economic of scale...
100% Desi rural economics

It's only and only *farmers* in rural India....

If one farmer manage average around 10 goats a year then

2 cr ÷ 10 = 20 lac families Employement

So Bakri Eid contribute to local business economic of Rs 16000 crore plus and provide Employement to around 20 lacs small farmers

Also each goat meat is distributed to poor and eaten by at least 30 people, so Bakri Eid provide food to 2 cr * 30 people = 60 crore people (distribution to poor is not on basis of religion and hence all the poor from various community are benefited)

*Free Food - 60 cr people*
*Employment - 20 lac people*
