What if we could figure out the EXACT sales touch points where you could liquidate your entire perishable commodity?

What if we could say good bye to intuitive and guesstimate based buying and selling of perishables?

The green dots show the touchpoints where a particular variety of Apples can be sold at a particular pricing while the red dots show the stores that would not be able to liquidate even half of the desired quantity.
One should note that quite a few red dots are next to green dots which means that a lot of stores could not liquidate the same variety at similar prices despite being in the same/ similar location.

We have profiled 1500+ potential FnV touchpoints on the basis of 12-17 parameters enabling our system to direct us to the EXACT touchpoints where a particular variety can be sold with near ZERO wastage!

With a confidence rate of 97%, our system has brought down our wastage percentage to 1-2% with the industry standard being as high as 20!

A month of less than 1% wastage!
We are super proud at Fresh From Farm to reduce our Fresh fruits wastage to less than 1% for the entire month!
We do this by trying to form a supply-demand equilibrium.

By analysing over 1000+ potential and current customers, across 17 parameters (like sq ft of store, skus present, geography, socio economic location etc), we have managed to understand demand to the minutest detail.
This helps us source/ grow the EXACT amount of fruits and match the supply parameters to the demand parameters.

Various other profiling parameters like credit profile, demand frequency etc help us maintain a healthh cashflow while giving an industry best monthly working capital rotation of 5-6x. Every 1 rupee invested in the business as working capital has a potential of churning Rs. 40-60 annualised revenue!

All this while building India’s first full scale focussed brand play in FnV.
And it only gets better from here!! :)

While controlling the supply chain right from the farm gate to point of sales, our produce is untouched and is delivered in the shortest time possible leading to least loss of nutrition.
The entire produce is hand sorted, segregated and packaged at our collection and distribution centre in Okhla enabling Delhi/ NCR deliveries in 2-4 hrs!!

After spending the last 8 months across various mandis in India alongwith multiple intermediary point of sales, we were harrowed by the conditions in which our food is being handled.
When we decided to bring the entire spectrum of fruits (and veggies) to our consumers, we made sure to follow the strictest of all hygiene practices to ensure zero contamination between production and consumption.

Our new upcoming UV conveyer would add an extra layer of microbial cleaning that is yet to be seen in the agri-value chain in the county.

Continuing our mission to provide the most nutritious food on the table, our new bran Happy Froot enables farmers to grow high quality produce using input advisory and sells it to consumers in the least amount of time from harvest.
This ensures less nutrition-loss due to short time between harvest and consumption. The produce is also hygienically handled, packaged and presented.

With temperatures going down, our tomatoes slow down in growth (their perfect ambient temperature is 26-28).
The growth slows down a little but the quality is still fantastic!

With temperature fluctuating between 22 and 40 over the past few days in Delhi/ NCR, our controlled environment farms use 6 forms of technologies to maintain the ideal temperature for plant growth!

With 70 acres under management, we are now working day and night to add another 80 acres in the next 8-10 months! (Totalling our production to 8-9 lac kg per month!!)

Under our new program, aptly called ‘Old Mcdonald has a NEW farm’, we are enabling farmers on certain upgradation of infrastructure that benefits them with better prices; benefits us with accessibility to produce and benefits the consumers with high quality produce!
Not just a win-win but a win-win-win situation!

Did you know that Delhi/ NCR recieves about 19 varieties of tomatoes from all over India?
Each variety has a distinction with a variable (taste, texture, crunch etc) and should be used for different preparations!

Bellpepper galore!
Did you know that Yellow and Red Bellpeppers do not grow as their colors from Day1?!
The variety grows as a green fruit and changes color after hitting maturity!

Change is at the very core of evolution!

After serving pesticide free hydroponic greens for the last 2 years, we bring you our newest baby ‘Happy Greens’!

Happy Greens is an initiative to bring you clean, nutrition filled vegetables grown under protected cultivation practices like polyhouse and greenhouse farming!

Owing to our ‘farm to family’ model, we are growing a variety of 50+ vegetables including tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, peas, zucchinis, bitter gourds, etc at a 150 acre facility less than 1 hour from our base farm in Gurgaon!

The veggies would be delivered in less than 24hrs from their harvest and are cleaner, tastier, crunchier and more nutrition filled than anything else available in the market!

The entire facility is tech enabled to allow us to record over 2 crore data points every month enabling us to consistently grow high quality food!

The brand would primarily be available across 200+ modern retail stores across New Delhi/ NCR starting the 1st of September!
