In every state , a state level association of women vetenarians is also founded under flagship of Indian Association of Women Vetenarians . IAWV organizes conference every year to revolutionize and recognize the efforts and achievement of lady veterinary professionals throughout the India. The issues of resources development and problems of lady vets are discussed and information to be updated is
also main aim of these symposiums. It has been assumed that approximately 80-100lady vets including students are situated in Bihar. Most of them are associated in Department of Animal Husbandry and Fishery Recourses, Govt. of Bihar and Bihar Veterinary College, Patna. But Bihar Chapter of Indian Association Women Vetenarians is still to be organized to raise the issues and display achievements related to the Lady vets of Bihar at national level. It is matter of great pleasure that last month some Lay vets of Bihar attended conference of IAWV in Gujrat and inspired thoroughly.They took initiative to organize and strengthen the Indian Association of Women Veterinarians in Bihar too.
