Hey guys 😃
Today I went to visit EEVEE aka Dora.
She was very happy to see me and I was happy too.
First of all,
She was super-duper happy there
She looked more healthy than before
She had many toys and most important
She had a best friend.
The son of the couple who adopted EEVEE.
His name is Ved and that buddy is around 4-5 years.
He was so possessive regarding Dora.
When asked name of Dora, He says 'Dora Ved Paniker' and also his name is written on the vaccination card in the place of parent name.
When I asked him that
Can I take her back with me
He said no, and said that he'll beat me 😆
He also threw a ball at me 🤣
He really really loves Dora.
EEVEE now has everything that she needs and I'm really happy after seeing her.
I thank
& .1188 very much, to not just adopt EEVEE but also giving her a very happy life.
As of mine I would say
I really don't wanted to give EEVEE to anyone forever.
When I rescued her on 15th September, I received a message for EEVEE's adoption on 17th.
Still I said to her that I can't give EEVEE for permanent adoption. You can keep her but I'll take EEVEE back in December because till then I'll make a place for her.
But things didn't go as planned 🙄.
The connection I had made with EEVEE in those starting 2 days is not describable.
You can think if I wasn't ready to give EEVEE for adoption at that time then how hard it was for me to give her now.
Fostering isn't easy, Specially if it's for a long period of time and it gets more hard when you yourself have rescued that animal ☹️

This dog(Panglu) was having a small wound on his ear.
(This dog is Panglya's friend.
I hope you remember Panglya)
I got report of him on 6th November and from that day I went to search him for 2-3 times a day but he was nowhere to be found.
The locals said he is not staying on a place.
So somehow I found him on 11th November on 8:30am.
The wound had became so worse that I could not treat him so then I clicked his photos and shared around.
I then got help from Puneeta Khanna mam & Sushmita Das mam.
Susmitha mam advised me to take the dog to Mission Possible and she helped me to pay for the transportation charges. And on the other hand, Padmini Stump mam was ready to admit him.
Guys this is how a wound became bigger and bigger day by day. If you see any dog who needs help. Please contact NGOs and volunteers for help.
NGOs and volunteers are sometimes busy with other cases, so you should also do some help from yourself.
I thank Susmitha mam for helping with the transportation charge and Padmini mam to help with the admission of the dog.
Guys yesterday I saw that the Mission Possible Foundation was loaded with animals.
Continuously working and treating them.

Guys this is Ghoda.
Actually he is a dog but some friends named him Ghoda, So!
He stays near my home.

Yesterday I saw him limping, then after seeing him I thought it was a maggot wound which I'll be able to cure with the medicines I have.
But after seeing his leg clearly, I saw his broken bone and hanging paw.
And it needed a surgery.

After asking the people there, they said he had an accident 2 days ago.
2 days bone exposure to the surrounding 😬

Contacted Make New Life immediately and after seeing his pics and videos they said to bring him the next day.
So today took him to and after reaching there I got to know that
Due to this festive season no vets are available anywhere.
They said the can give him antibiotics till the vet comes on Monday.
They also said his paw needed to be cut off.

So this Ghoda will have to live rest of his life walking and running on 3 legs.
Guys , this NGO doesn't charge anything for the strays.
So I really request you to donate any amount you can so they can help more strays & you can also check out their website to know what else they need at their shelter.

After Gracy's treatment at ResQ
She needed a saline everyday.
And as it was not possible for me to go to ResQ everyday, so decided to go to a vet nearby.
After reaching at Dr.Madhavi's clinic,
She said us that we should not leave her back on streets in this condition as she is also in pain. She needs to be kept under observation.
I contacted an NGO but got no help from there and the only option at the moment was MH14 animal hospital.
Contacted Sachin Sir and he was ready to admit her.
He explained everything that what has happened to her and how can she be cured.
Her chances to walk again is 50-50. As she has Spinal compression, she can only be healed naturally.
"But I'll make her run"
The thing was 4000rs was needed for her admission and I had only 500rs.
Contacted many people for help and finally One Brother helped.
I told him that I'll pay him back.
Then Gracy's admission was done and I was very happy that now she will be in a safe place till she gets well.
My money was spent for her transportation to ResQ.
And I need to pay the 4000rs back and in this I need your help.

*PLEASE READ*
Yesterday I got a report of this dog which seemed that she had an accident.
When I reached there and checked her, I saw that her hind leg's paws were swollen and she had very minimum sensation in those legs.
She was unable to get up.
When asked the locals they said she was limping from last 2-3 days and from yesterday morning she was screaming, so a guy reported the case of her.
No one was sure that she had an accident or not.
So yesterday decided that I will take her to ResQ where I can get x-ray and treatment for free.
But ResQ was much far from the location and I was also little late, and because we reached late they told us to visit the next day which is today.
I really thank the reporter who was ready to pay the transportation cost for her.
While coming back home, she moved one of her leg which was not less than a miracle.
I was really happy after seeing that.
Today morning I got up first went to check her.As she is unable to get up she urinates and passes her stools at the same place where she sits.
Wiped her backside part and cleaned it.
She will need everyday cleaning.
I need cardboard boxes, jute (pota) or anything that you think she can sit on.
Then today took her to ResQ again but today I had to pay the transportation charges.
Reached on time, ResQ took her & treated her.
X-ray was necessary to check whether she had her spine was damaged or not.
The reports came, and got to know that she has gas in her intestine, she has spinal compression and her chances to walk is not sure.
They said she'll need saline everyday & you'll have to bring her everyday for it.
It'll not be possible for me to take her to ResQ everyday.
Because today the transportation charge was 900rs.
So had a talk with them & they said you can take her to any vet who can give her saline for minimum 3 days.
So decided to take her to Dr.Madhavi's clinic in Saudagar minimum for the next 3 days to see how she recovers then will decide the further treatment.

Guys I'm really low on funds, Every 3rd or 4th day a new case is coming.
I'm doing my best, hoping you'll do the rest.

*UPDATE: ONE PUPPY DIED TODAY*
Guys this was the case where I thought I should give up rescuing.
Today evening I got a report of a pup who had a maggot wound, by seeing the photo I thought I could treat him on site
But I was totally wrong
When I visited the place
And saw the wound
It was so big and full of flies flying & sitting around it.
And the twist was that there were 8-10 puppies, out of which we saw 2 of them having maggots and later on got to know that almost every pup had a small wound or it will be in some days.
Took 2 puppies to Dr.Kapil Dhayaje's clinic in Pimple Saudagar.
He removed the maggots as much was possible & then gave Inj. to both of them.
The maggots were in every size and looked innumerable.
They were just coming out continuously.
By seeing the maggots and the conditions of the pups.
I thought, "I can't do this thing anymore".... But later on also a second thought came,
"If not me, then who will help them".
Really guys rescuing is not easy as you think.
The next problem was that where should we keep them.
Because we can't leave them back at their place where they were till they get recover.
So the Only option was Fostering.
The least price for fostering I got was 200rs/day for a pup.
So for 2 pups, 400rs/day.
We will have to take them to the vet everyday.
We are really really low on funds.

Hey guys
Today got a report about a dog who was continuously barking was in very much pain as said by the reporter.
I went to check him
He was lying in a big drainage pipe.
The reporter said that he saw the dog today & the locals said that the dog was there from 2 days..
Imagine staying at one place full of pain, with having no power to get up & eat food or drinking water and that too having a big maggot wound.
Isn't it'll be painful?
I was continuously contacting senior volunteer & to 'Mission Possible Pune' for his admission.
I really really thank for admitting this dog & thank you everyone who helped for the transportation of him.

I got to know about this dog.
He needs to be admitted at shelter ASAP
I had a talk with a senior volunteer and one of them confirmed his admission in Petsforce, Wagholi.
The funds required is 3000Rs for a month of treatment there &
The transportation cost will be around 1500-2000Rs
The total cost of his 1-month treatment + Transportation will be around 4500-5000Rs.
As a Student, I alone cannot manage this amount of money, need urgent donations.
Currently I'm also handling other minor cases.

A good-hearted person clicked his photo and shared it and a volunteer who got the report of this pup on a group asked me to check..
Checked him and saw that he has skin infection on all-over his body
No NGO or vet was open nearby because it was 9 in the night
I was advised to give him nice amount of food & Neomac Tablet for his improvement..
( Please ask your vet before using this tablet )
The medical was just in front of us and then I took Pedigree and the Tablet for the pup.
While giving him food he bit me but I didn't got hurt.
Yeah I still care for him...
That moment didn't have much fund & even didn't have my first aid box with me
So didn't applied any lotion/ointment.
Will need funds for a lotion/ointment..

Welcome to Bhow.and.Meow

My name is Sam Philips and I'm an individual animal rescuer from Kalewadi, Pimpri.
I do 'Treat on Street'.
As most of you know there are no NGOs, no active volunteers(except 1 or 2) and no animal hospital/clinic in & around Kalewadi area
My main aim is to open an NGO or a low-cost animal hospital in Kalewadi
Because in an Emergency (a stray's accident) it really gets late to reach the animal hospital/NGO

So by creating this page my main objective is to give a happy and healthy life for stray Dogs and Cats in Kalewadi and Pimpri.
