This is first time we have started growing organic bananas. to complete the initial nutrition requirement for the plant health we followed some organic practices like

Plantation Date - 21-22/07/2019

1. Using 2KG of vermicompost per plant
2. Using 1KG of Neem Khali Per plant

Friend Fungus -
1. Michorhizae
2. Trichoderma Harz

Friend Bacteria -
1. Baccilus Subtilis
2. Bacillus amynoliqofaciens
3. Rhodopseudomonas
4. Pseudomonas
5. Trichoderma Harz

Hello Friends,

Beside commercial here is something for hobbyist gardners, by using cow dung/ buffalo dung or shredded kitchen waste they can compost at there home. All the kitchen scraps like any kind of fruit or vegetable peels (chopped) will get turned to beautiful rich tea like texture by worms. This compost is healthiest and non toxic for the plants. This is having all kind of nutrients required by plant, like Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium , magnesium, sulpher in appropriate amount.

Not to use - Any kind of citrus/acidic fruit or vegetable.

Last year it was a crop change from us. we included 4 acres of bananas. the practices we applied interactive agro vermicompost as bessel dose, and minmized synthetic fertilizers together to get the crop as this was first year in transition from synthetic to organic. Yield shows really positive outcome. Now searching for ripening chambers, semi organic banana buyers, mandis in rampur, moradabad, hapur, ghaziabad, delhi.
