Our mission is to be an innovative and customer-oriented supplier of embossed aluminium foils and aluminium foil rolls, leading the market on designing packaging solutions and developing long-term relationships with our customers. We will work with you on one-on-one basis to provide customized aluminium foil packaging for everything from juice to ice cream cups and instant noodle soup, dairy products yogurt, curd, lassi, Dahi, flavoured Milk etc. Our talented research and development team has launched new aluminium foil products every year, which are now used in food, cosmetic, and airline industries to package yogurt, cheese, and face creams. Production Process: Printing / Punching / Inspection / Packaging / Delivery
We work with you through the entire production process, consulting with you to determine the best specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the production of your order from color printing to packaging, and resolving any concerns you may have with the final result. Our 6-color high tech printing press can match color and produce quality designs on our laminated aluminium foils. We can use your logo and design or work with you to design one so that your product is unique and eye-catching. High precision punching and embossing machines allow us to do a large quantity of customizable die-cuts quickly so that our customers' bulk purchases are delivered in a timely manner. Our quality control team inspects all finished aluminium foil lids and removes defective products. Then we pack the remaining aluminium foil lids— 1000 /1600 / 1800 / 2000 pieces per box and 9 /20 small boxes per carton from our production unit. We pack 18,000 pieces per carton and wrap them well to keep them waterproof. We also provide customized packing and shipping if needed. If a package arrives damaged to the extent that the aluminium foil sealing film cannot be used properly, please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue. After-Sales Service
