🤩 This extraordinary photo makes us so proud and, we want to share it with you today. With our 30 babies of the in the wild extinct species of the Spix's macaw to date, we have achieved a breeding record, which is a small sensation for us too. In addition, we expect even more chicks in the next two weeks. We'll keep you up to date. Some of the older babies are leaving the baby station and moving to kindergarten tomorrow. We wish you a great start to the week!

🤩 Dieses ganz besondere Foto macht uns sehr stolz und wir wollen es heute mit euch teilen. Mit den bisher 30 Babies der in freier Wildbahn ausgestorbenen Art des Spix-Aras haben wir in dieser Saison einen Zuchtrekord erreicht, auch für uns eine kleine Sensation. Darüber hinaus erwarten wir in den nächsten zwei Wochen noch mehr Küken und werden euch davon berichten. Einige der größeren Babies verlassen morgen die Babystation und ziehen in den Kindergarten um. Wir wünschen euch einen tollen Wochenstart!

Incubator is the most important and unavoidable equipment when it comes to keeping and rearing of exotic birds in a professional way.

As a result of the work in incubation over many years, Psittacus has completed the project of launching a new incubator for serious hobbyists and professional aviculturists. The incubator is designed in such a way that it will replicate the natural incubation methodology with proper heating-cooling and turning of the eggs.

Perfect back of the head.❤️.
For Agapornis fischeri the back of the head has very minimum red or orange psittacine. So when it comes to an eumelanin mutation like dominant pied,when the eumelanin reduction happens,the back of the head is left with the base yellow psittacine.
