Your Body Language speaks louder than words.
The messages we send through non-verbal body language tells a more authentic story about our thoughts and feelings, than the words we speak.
To have an effective communication it is not what you say and how you say that matters the most, it is how you also appear through you body language - Your eye contact, smile, facial expression, gestures and postures that communicates the most.
Did you know that arms crossed like the one in the first picture comes across as defensive or resistant to what other person is saying. For most of us it is a comforting posture, but it may also come across as insecure, anxious or stressed.
Instead adapt a pleasant posture to make sure you do not contradict yourself.
Surround yourself with the right kind of people in life. People who charge you up, people who love you for who you are, people who bring joy and happiness into your life.

This habit was not easy to inculcate and I realised that these four step pattern - Cue, Craving, Response and Reward is what is the backbone to develop a HABIT as Mr. James has clearly defined in this powerful book.
