With over 30 acres of rolling hills, hiking trails and twisting rivers we offer retirement livery for up to maximum 10 horses who wish to retire into Italian luxury.

Fully fenced boundaries allow secure pasture for your horse to explore and relax whilst giving you reassurance from afar that your horse is safe and sound enjoying their retirement.

2,230 hours of sunshine a year in this stunning part of Italy, compared to 1,400 hours in England, offers superb summer temperatures with a cool breeze and warmer winters with limited rainfall.

Due to the warmth the need for rugs so early in the year is dramatically reduced which not only allows their coat growth and shed to excel and shine but also reduces your costs of rug purchasing especially for those horses who manage to tear them weekly!

Viewing platforms overlooking our fields hosting sun loungers and complimentary wine are a perfect spot to soak up some of the Italian sunshine that is on your own horses back for over 80% of the year. Relax and enjoy watching your best friend potter and relax after their hardworking life.

We take no more than 10 horses at a time to allow a higher standard of care and plenty of space to roam, therefore spaces are highly sort after. We offer a waiting list and advise early planning of your horses retirement just like your own.
