However, this new system operates differently from our previous one, and it requires a shift in how we manage our shipping process. Specifically, the new provider works on a credit-based system, where we are allocated a limited number of shipping credits to dispatch packages of varying values. Once the initial shipments are successfully delivered, we can replenish our credits and continue processing additional orders.
As a result, you may experience delays in shipping as we are unable to dispatch more packages until previous shipments are completed. We fully understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any delays you’ve experienced.
