⚠️ Chemical Linked to a Long List of Diseases Found in Commercial Pet Food ⚠️

Glyphosate, the world’s most popular herbicide, has been linked to a long list of diseases in both people and pets. These include alterations to gut bacteria, oxidative stress, fatty liver disease, kidney toxicity, neurotoxicity, cancer and more. 👎

According to recent reports, consumption of glyphosate in pet food was❗4 to 12 times❗ higher than that of human food, on a per kilogram basis. 💔

🚫 The highest concentrations of glyphosate have been found in grain-free kibble, followed by regular kibble, then canned food. 🚫

ncreasing Cases of Feline Obesity 🐈💔

In 2022, obesity in cats reached an all-time high of 61%. Sadly, many cat owners being unaware that their cat was overweight may be a part of the problem. 👎

While your cat’s meows may tempt you to give them more treats or food, being overweight can shorten your kitty’s lifespan and reduce their quality of life. 😿 Even a couple of extra pounds can increase your cat’s risk of these weight-related medical conditions:

❗Type 2 diabetes
❗Kidney disease
❗Heart disease
❗High blood pressure
❗Respiratory disease
❗Blindness (due to high blood pressure)
❗Many forms of cancer, particularly intra-abdominal cancers

A**l Gland Problems in Dogs 🐕⬅️

One of the most common signs that your dog's a**l glands aren't expressing properly is scooting their rear end across the floor. Licking or itching the a**l area, difficulty pooping or pus and blood near the re**um or in the stool are other signs of a**l gland problems. 🐕❗

A**l gland infections are usually bacterial in nature and cause irritation and inflammation. Left untreated, it can grow into an abscess and rupture. 🆘

Here are 3 common causes of a**l gland problems in dogs:

1. Dietary issues, resulting in loose stools
2. Trauma to the glands
3. Position/location of the glands

If you believe your dog may be suffering from a**l gland problems, a combination of dietary adjustments and natural GI anti-inflammatories is usually helpful to restore their a**l gland health.

he Effects of Toxoplasmosis
arasite Makes Wolves Bolder and Braver 🐺🧠

Toxoplasmosis is an infection caused by the parasite Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii), which is found in a wide variety of birds and mammals, including humans.

Recently, a fascinating study found that 🐺 wolves in Yellowstone National Park infected with T. gondii "make more daring decisions than their uninfected counterparts," and their "enhanced risk-taking" make them more likely to become pack leaders. 😲

Scientists also observed that toxoplasmosis may cause mental illness based on the effect it has on rodents, who seem to lose their fear of the odor of cat urine and have been observed walking right into the mouths of waiting cats. 🐭
