Homemade Granola
For You & Your Dog
* 3 cups oats
* 1 cup pure coconut flakes
* 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
* 1/2 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
* 1/3 cup organic coconut oil
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/3 cup organic raw honey
* 1/4 cup pure carob chips
* 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 350° F and prep baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Mix together dry ingredients (oats, coconut, carob chips, quinoa) and set aside
3. Add wet ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir frequently until fully melted and combined
4. Pour wet mixture over dry mixture, stirring together until dry ingredients are fully coated
5. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes
6. Remove baking sheet, stir granola, then spread again evenly on baking sheet
7. Place in oven for an additional 30 minutes or until desired texture is reached. (I turned the oven off and left granola to cool in the warm oven for an additional 15 minutes to make it slightly crunchier)
8. Eat alone or add to your favorite breakfast and Enjoy!!
9. Store in airtight container for 3 weeks-1 month!

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 can peas/carrots or veggies of choice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of biscuit dough
(optional: 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, cheese)
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Mix veggies, soup, and chicken until fully combined.
3. For minis: Place individual biscuit in prepped muffin tin or ramekin and spread dough out, pushing it out high on the sides. For large pie: combine all biscuits and add to prepped 9” pie pan, spreading out from the middle until dough is high on the sides of pan.
4. Fill pie(s) about 3/4 of the way full to avoid overflowing.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbling or golden brown.
