Here is some reason that causes your mother dogs or cats died during surgery :
1. Dead puppies secret poison or bacterial into whole body and causes septicemia
2. During surgery mother dogs or cats lost hydrolyze and much blood, this causes mother more weak and can be died
3. Effect of anesthesia make mother more weak
4. After completed surgery, mother cats or dogs are still challenging with many diseases because of impact bacterial
Recommendation
1. At least 6 hours if your dogs or cats show symptoms give birth but she can not give birth, you need to take her to consult with vets to save both mother and puppies
2. Don't use okay, it causes many problems esp mother pets can not give births.Only spay is the best solution. Thanks
