Naif is a responsible privately owned organization which helps the local market achieve food security and sustainability whilst strictly adhering to producing Halal poultry. In terms of production, Naif’s current annual output is around 22 million broilers and 460 million shelled eggs and three million quail and pigeon. Naif’s business is vertically integrated commencing from its farms, hatcheries

, feed mill, halal slaughterhouse, meat plant, warehouse and up to its outlets and restaurants. The company serves various market segments, starting from the governmental sector, aviation companies, hospitals, hospitality sector, supermarkets and hypermarkets, restaurants, and finally, retail customers. Therefore, Naif’s product range comprises a large variety of fresh and frozen products such as whole chicken, chicken parts, quails, pigeons and eggs. The company also offers additional products such as deli cuts, burgers, sausages, and nuggets. With regards to distribution, the company owns and operates 80 outlets and 40 restaurants to sell and serve the range of the company’s own products in Kuwait. Additionally, the company operates a fleet of monitored refrigerated and freezer delivery trucks. Currently, Naif exports fresh eggs, and poultry products to the Middle East and North African region, South East Asia and the Far East. Naif has several sister companies that are engaged in dairy farms, the sale of poultry equipments, horticulture equipments, animal feeds (natural vegetarian feeds only), and various agricultural activities. Highly qualified and well-experienced veterinary doctors and agricultural engineers work for the group which comprises of around 3,000 employees. In terms of responsibility, the health of the consumer is at the center of the company’s operation, which utilizes laboratories to monitor and safeguard the entire production process. The company produces foods in compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP quality control certifications, which are the accepted standards of quality and safety in the industry. Naif applies international standards in terms of animal welfare to ensure humanitarian treatment of poultry. The company also has a low environmental footprint due to the conservation of water, power, and other natural resources, in addition to the recycling of plastic, wood and paper. Naif operates under the supervision of several authorities, specifically the Kuwait Municipality, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Public Authority for Industry and Public Authority of Agriculture and Fish Resources.

اليوم يوافق ذكرى ليلة "الإسراء والمعراج"
حين أسري برسول الله "صلى الله عليه وسلم" إلى بيت المقدس ممتطياً البراق بصحبة جبريل عليه السلام ..
فنزل هناك وصلى بالأنبياء إماما, وربط البراق بحلقة باب المسجد ثم عرج به إلى السماء الدنيا

نقدم لكم اليوم طريقة عمل الدجاج المشوي بالمسترد.(من مطبخ منال العالم)

4 قطع فيلية
3ملعقة كبيرة صلصة الخردل (مستردة)
1ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
1/2ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1/4ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود
1/4ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
1/4ملعقة صغيرة زنجبيل،مطحون
2-3ملعقة كبيرة خل
2ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون
1حبة متوسطة بصل،مفروم ناعم
#للتزيين :- صلصة او معجون المستردة

1.ضعي قطعة الفيلية في كيس نايلون،اطرقيها عدة طرقات خفيفة لتصبح رفيعة بعض الشئ.
2.في طبق عميق ضعي الخردل،البابريكا، الملح، الفلفل،القرفة،الزنجبيل،الخل،زيت الزيتون،والبصل وقلبي الي ان تحصلي علي صلصة ناعمة.
3.ضعي قطع الفيلية في الصلصة وقلبيها علي كافة الجوانب لتتغطي جيدا غلفي الطبق ثم ضعية في لعدة ساعات او طوال الليل.
4.علي نار قوية سخني مقلاة شوي واسعة ورشي بعض الزيت في المقلاة.
5.ضعي فيليه علي الشواية انتظري لبضع دقائق ثم اقلبيها علي الجانب الاخر اشوي الدجاج حتي تنضج وتصبح ذهبية اللون اختبري نضج الدجاج بالعود الخشبي او بأسنان الشوكة اذا خرج منها سائل تكون ليست ناضجة فاتركيها لبضع دقائق اخري.
6.ضعي فيلية في طبق التقديم ،وزعي فوقها بعض المستردة، قدميها مع الخضروات المشوية.
