Missy, Our 2-Year-Old Dwarf Cat, Is Fighting for His Life🙏🏻

Missy has endured over a year of neglect—without proper food, care, or love. At just over two years old, his tiny, fragile body is struggling. His blood sugar won’t stabilize, his temperature is dangerously low, and despite running countless tests; blood work, x-rays, body cultures, and specialist consultations. Missy is still fighting for survival.💔

For so long, he lived in survival mode, masking his pain just to get by. Now, as he begins to feel safe, his body is shutting down. He’s too weak to stand, and we have to feed him by hand sometimes. I’m terrified he won’t get the chance to truly experience love, comfort, and the safety he deserves at our shelter 💔.

Missy’s medical bills in the past two days alone have already exceeded $500, and with over 100 animals depending on me, I can’t do this alone. I want to give him the chance to feel loved even if it’s just for a few days.

Please, if you can:

• Donate: Link in bio (we prefer Fundahope for easy access).
• Share: Every share could be the one that saves Missy’s life.

Missy’s fight isn’t over, and with your help, we can make sure he knows what it means to be cared for, fed, and loved. Thank you for standing with us.

Hummus Update: A True Warrior’s Journey 🌟

Look who made it to the shelter! 🐾 After two long weeks in the hospital, Hummus is finally with us, recovering and continuing his fight for a second chance at life.

What happened these last few days?

Hummus was hanging on by a thread when we found him. But thanks to your unwavering support, he received critical care, blood transfusions, and life-saving treatments. The infection is easing, he’s eating on his own, breathing normally, and showing his incredible strength every day.

The doctors believe we’re on the right track. While he’s no longer in critical condition, Hummus isn’t quite ready for surgery yet. His hematocrit levels need to rise above 22 & now we are at 18, which we’ll recheck in a week. When he’s ready, his surgery will address his broken jaw, nose, teeth, skin, and his damaged eye. For now, waiting ensures he’ll be healthy enough to safely undergo anesthesia.

Hummus is nothing short of a survivor. He is a warrior. A fighter. Against all odds, he’s here, proving that love, resilience, and hope can move mountains.

How can you help?
Hummus’s medical bills remain overwhelming. We’re $400 short for his upcoming eye surgery and still need to cover few nights for his hospital stay ($45 per night) Every dollar, share, or message makes a difference in his fight.

If you can:
💛 Donate (link in bio)
💛 Share his story far and wide
💛 Keep him in your thoughts

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in Hummus. He wouldn’t have made it this far without your love, generosity, and hope. Together, we are giving him the life he deserves.

Stay tuned for next week’s blood test update and surgery date!❤️

Meet Missy – A Victim of Unimaginable Neglect 🚨

Missy’s life has been a nightmare. He was adopted by a monster—someone who was supposed to give him a second chance at life but instead locked him in a filthy cage, forced him to live in his own waste, and left him to starve. Someone willingly gave this man a cat they had rescued, just to get rid of him, without caring what kind of life awaited him.

When Missy arrived from South of Lebanon, the picture didn’t do right by the reality of his condition, he smells like rotten fish💔

• He is skin and bones, with no muscle or fat left to sustain him.
• His fragile body is covered in fungus, dirt, and scars from months of neglect.
• He cannot open his mouth—his jaw is locked, likely from being hit and healing improperly. (You can see in the videos how he struggles.)

Missy needs a CT scan ($300) to determine how to help him eat again, but his body is too weak for anesthesia right now. He requires blood tests, x-rays (over $200), showers for his fungal infection, and at least a week of hospitalization ($40 per night). Once stable, Missy will need jaw surgery estimated to cost at least $600.

In total, we’re looking at over $1,500 to save Missy’s life.

🌟 From Cruelty to Kindness 🌟

Missy has seen the worst of humanity, but now he will experience its best. NO MORE PAIN!
His suffering ends here. From this moment on, he will know love, care, and safety—because of compassionate people like you who believe in giving animals a second chance.

💌 How You Can Help:

• Donate: Every dollar counts toward saving Missy. [Link in bio]
• Share: Sharing Missy’s story is just as important as donating.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ANIMALS YOU RESCUE, DON’T RESCUE. Leaving them on the streets is better than condemning them to a life of suffering like Missy endured. These innocent souls deserve care, not cruelty, and their lives are not disposable.

🙏 Thank you for giving animals like Missy the future they deserve. Together, we can make a difference.

We are watermarking all pictures and videos to protect our rescues and our integrity, people have been stealing them to scam people for donations!

Hummus Update: Transfusion Complete ❤️

I can’t put into words how much your support means to me and to Hummus. Every day is a battle—emotionally, physically, and financially—but somehow, your kindness shines through and makes it possible to keep fighting for him. You’ve given me the strength to keep going, and you’ve given Hummus a chance at life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Hummus had his transfusion! After testing over 12 cats, we finally found a partial match—not perfect, but enough to give him a fighting chance. Now, we wait.

The next 48 hours are critical. Daily blood tests will show if the transfusion is holding and if he’s strong enough for surgery. If not, he may need another transfusion.

Despite everything, the war, abuse, bombings, and now this! Hummus keeps fighting. Even with a shattered jaw, he eats with so much determination. His will to live is incredible. All I want is to show him how beautiful life can be, & how much he can be loved without any worry❤️

Your kindness gives him hope. If you’d like to keep supporting Hummus, link in our bio (we prefer Fundahope). Thank you, from both of us. Let’s pray for better days ahead.🙏🏻

With love,
Hummus & the team 🐾

Disclaimer: I’m sorry for having to add my name to Hummus’s photos and videos. I know it affects the beauty of the moment, but sadly, people have been using his images to scam others for donations. This not only exploits his story but also risks damaging our reputation. To protect Hummus and all of us, I have no choice but to watermark some photos moving forward. Thank you for understanding.

🌟 It’s Surgery Day for Hummus! 🌟

Finally, the day has come! After starting Hummus’ treatment on January 9th — that’s 7 long days of waiting and preparing. Today, he’s ready for his life-saving surgery.

We couldn’t wait any longer. Today, the vets will clean his face, remove the rotten and infected bones, fix the broken ones, and treat the infection. This is a critical step to help him heal. For the next few weeks, Hummus won’t be able to eat on his own, but we’ll take care of him until he’s strong enough.

In a few weeks, we’ll proceed with another surgery to remove his damaged eye. Then, in two months, we’ll do a follow-up CT scan to check if the blood clots inside his ear have dissolved. If not, another surgery may be needed, but for now, this isn’t a priority.

💖 We can’t express how grateful we are. Thanks to your generosity, we’ve been able to cover $1,280 out of his $1,780 bill. We still need $500 to close the remaining balance.

For transparency, the CT scan was paid separately under Hummus’ name for technical reasons, and I’ll share all the details once everything is finalized. We haven’t closed today’s bill yet because funds from our platforms take 5 working days to process, but our amazing surgeon has kindly agreed to proceed, trusting us after many years of collaboration.

If you’d like to sponsor Hummus, please donate through the link in our bio (Fundahope is our best option for faster access to funds).
If you can’t donate, please share this post it is as important❤️.
Your contribution—big or small—will bring us closer to giving him the second chance he deserves.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We see you, and we deeply appreciate you.❤️❤️

What a Beautiful Surprise!

Just one week ago, Hummus was barely holding on. He couldn’t eat, couldn’t move his little body was giving up. Watching him suffer broke my heart, but today, the vet sent me a video that brought me to tears: Hummus ate all by himself.🥹

His CT scan revealed the severity of his condition:

• Internal bleeding and trauma in his ears.
• A broken jaw—one side shattered completely and the other broken in half.
• Severe infection and abscesses have caused significant tissue and bone loss in his jaw and mouth.
• His sinuses are shattered, which will leave him with permanent breathing difficulties.
• He’ll also need surgery to remove one of his eyes, but for now, we must focus on his immediate recovery.

This is just the first stage of his treatment. The upcoming surgery will attempt to reconstruct his jaw, reattach tissue, and treat the infected areas. His body is too fragile for multiple procedures right now, but he’ll need another CT scan in two months to monitor the bleeding in his ears.

The surgery is scheduled within the next two days. Thanks to your kindness, not only were we able to cover the CT scan, but your generosity also provided a little extra to use as a down payment for the surgery. I’ll keep you updated on the full costs as soon as I know more.

Hummus has been through so much, but he’s fighting with everything he has. I’m so grateful to all of you for believing in him.

Hummus: Moment of Truth

This is it—the moment that will decide Hummus’s future. After weeks of fighting, he’s finally strong enough for anesthesia, but time is running out. His breathing is heavy, his mouth is wide open, and he can’t eat. On Saturday, we placed a feeding tube to keep him alive.

The only way forward now is an urgent CT scan to reveal the extent of the damage to his face and guide the next steps. Without it, we can’t reconstruct his face, close his wounds, or ease his unbearable pain.

The scan costs $350. Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised $150, but we still need $200 more today to move forward.

Hummus’s life depends on this moment. Please, donate if you can—even $2 will make a difference. If you can’t donate, share his story and help us reach others. You are his only hope.

Donate now (link in bio). Thank you for standing by him when he needs it most.

Day 2: Hummus’ Fight to Survive

Hummus is a fighter. Today, he’s trying to stand on his own more often. He’s moving more and has become so much more responsive to his environment. He’s showing us that he’s not ready to give up.

You can see the difference between Picture 1 and Picture 2, just two days apart. It’s incredible how much a little treatment and care have changed his life. And it’s all because of you. Your belief in Hummus has brought us this far.

The past two days have been overwhelming for all of us, but we’re grateful to be here now. Thank you for loving Hummus and believing in his story.

If you’d like to keep sponsoring Hummus, you can donate towards his rescue, please visit the link in our bio. FundaHope is the fastest way to help.

And remember, sharing his story makes a huge difference, it takes us one step closer to our goal.

Thank you,

💔 Hummus’s Fight for Survival ❤️

In just 24 hours of treatment, Hummus showed us his incredible will to live by eating a little food and drinking water. With the severe damage in his mouth, it’s a miracle he even tried. But his condition is still critical.

But look at his little face already a bit better 🥹 (see difference from last slide)

For now, we’re treating his symptoms: severe dehydration, a high infection, anemia, high glucose levels, and a broken face. Because of his facial injuries, we may soon need to place a feeding tube to help him regain strength. A CT scan will be crucial to fully understand the damage to his face, but it can only happen once his body is stable enough for anesthesia.

Today, the doctor did an amazing job cleaning his wound to remove excess bacteria and to monitor him better. We’re doing everything possible to stabilize him and give him the care he needs.

Your support has already covered his blood tests and some hospital care. But Hummus has a long road ahead.

How can you help?

• If you can’t donate, please share his story. Every share brings hope and gets us closer to saving his life.

Hummus: Our Midnight Rescue

Last night, at midnight, I got a desperate call about a cat in distress. For hours, he had been sitting outside a stranger’s door, waiting for help that never came. When I saw his picture (the third photo), I couldn’t sleep knowing i can do anything to ease his pain, every second mattered.

By 1 a.m., I was driving to a war-torn neighborhood where devastation and disease have left countless animals to suffer. There I found him—Hummus—his tiny, frail body clinging to life. The calicivirus had destroyed most of his face and one eye. He smelled of rot, his body riddled with infection, and he was severely dehydrated. A W.A.R VICTIM💔

But this brave soul saved himself. Out of every building in the neighborhood, he climbed 9 flights of stairs and sat outside a stranger’s door—a man he’d never met, who never fed him. Somehow, fate led him to that one person who would lead to us.

At 2 a.m., Hummus was hospitalized. His medication was started, and every ounce of hope we have is being poured into him. His chances are slim, but we will not give up. Not for a second.

***Hummus needs you now.***

This is just the start of his long journey, and we cannot do it without your help. No expense will be spared to give him a chance at life, but we urgently need donations to continue his care.

➡️ Donate via the link in our bio (preferably Fund A Hope for quicker access to our funds).
➡️ Share his story—because sharing is just as powerful as donating.

Fate brought Hummus to us. Let’s show him he was right to trust in humans again. Thank you for believing in his second chance.❤️❤️❤️

Frida’s Life Is in Danger, Help Now!💔

Do you remember Frida? She’s the brave cat who was abandoned by her owner in a war zone, left to die. We rescued her by a miracle, but her fight isn’t over.

Frida is half-paralyzed, and both of her legs need to be amputated. We were building her strength for surgery, but now a new emergency has struck her re**um has pr*****ed, and she’s in unbearable pain. If she doesn’t get urgent surgery today, she won’t make it.

The surgery costs $200, and we need your help NOW to save her life. Please donate anything you can through the link in our bio (preferably Fund a Hope for faster access).

Frida has survived so much already. Don’t let her story end here. Every second counts.

Thank you for standing with her.❤️

🎄 Let’s Make a Miracle Happen This Christmas 2024 🎄

This Christmas, we need your help to save a life.

A friend rescued a stray cat hoping to medicate and release him, but the vet gave devastating news: this poor boy was hit by a car, leaving his jaw and lower face broken in half. The doctor can’t start treatment without a CT scan to understand the extent of the damage, and releasing him isn’t an option—without care, he won’t survive.

The woman who rescued him reached out to many NGOs for help, but no one accepted him. She cannot support him financially, not even for basic vaccinations, and we are now his last hope to live a normal life—or at least to survive.

We urgently need $500 to cover his CT scan, vaccinations, and initial care. Surgery/or surgeries to fix his jaw will cost starting at least $700, with total vet bills exceeding $1,500. You can see in the pictures just how badly his lower face is shattered.

Right now, we’re struggling to secure food for our rescues in January. Without your help, we can’t take him in without risking the wellbeing of the animals already in our care.

✨ Can you help give him a Christmas miracle? ✨

Donate via the link in our bio (we prefer Fundahope). Together, we can save him and give him the chance he deserves. Thank you for believing in second chances this Christmas. 💖

YOU ARE HIS ONLY CHANCE🤍

If you can’t donate, please share it is as important 🕊️

🚨 Food Crisis at the Shelter! 🚨
December is here, and we’re overwhelmed…

We care for 35 dogs and 70 cats every single day, plus support families and individuals struggling to feed their beloved pets and strays. But right now, we’re facing the hardest battle we’ve ever had:

💔 $3,000 overdue in old debts.
💔 $3,000 urgently needed for food.
💔 Over $10,000 needed for vet bills, surgeries, shelter maintenance, and boarding costs.

This crisis is breaking us. Every cent we raise is stretched beyond limits, and this year’s challenges have left us hanging by a thread.

🙏 We are desperate for your help. A simple $5 donation can save lives and give us a fighting chance to start 2025 with hope instead of fear.

🐾 Please, help us continue saving lives. The animals are counting on us—and on you.

🌟 Help Coco Get the Surgery She Desperately Needs 🌟

When Coco arrived at our shelter, she was a tiny kitten in unimaginable pain. Feline herpes had caused severe damage to her eyes—they were so bad that they were bulging out of her fragile little body. 💔 We fought hard to save her, and miraculously, we managed to preserve her left eye, giving her a little bit of sight.

Swipe to see how far Coco has come since that heartbreaking day. She’s a true fighter who started to thrive with love, care, and proper nutrition. But now, her right eye is causing her unbearable pain, and the only way to help her is to remove it through urgent surgery scheduled for tomorrow.

We need your help to cover the $350 surgery cost. Every dollar makes a difference for Coco and brings her closer to a life free from pain.

🚨 CATS ARE DYING IN SOUTH LEBANON: THE DEATH TOLL IS RISING 🚨

The South of Lebanon is under siege, bombarded with illegal chemicals that are poisoning everything we hold dear. Our animals, our wildlife, and our history are being erased.

The cats here are suffering terribly. 😢 They’re showing heartbreaking symptoms: severe diarrhea, strange discharges, heavy drooling, blackened and rotting teeth. They’re wasting away, losing up to a kilogram in just days. Many can barely move, drained of all their energy. Before they die, they vomit white foam. It’s agony to watch, and we don’t know what’s causing it—if it’s poison or something worse.

Today, I was able to rescue one cat just in time. She’s now in the hospital, fighting for her life. She’s refusing to eat and suffering from severe constipation—something we’ve never seen before. This is a living nightmare for these innocent souls. 💔

We are desperate for answers. I want to help as many as I can, but I can’t do it alone. Please, consider donating to support their treatment. Your kindness can save lives. 🙏 Any amount, big or small, is incredibly generous.

Please donate—link in our bio.

Let’s stand together to protect these helpless creatures. 🌱❤️

💔 Update on Fossa 🐾

Fossa, the brave cat we rescued from the south of Lebanon, is still healing from her injuries caused by the explosion. We took her to the vet today, and while there’s no internal bleeding, while her bones survived, her back leg’s ligament didn’t, we’re waiting on a specialist to come back to Beirut to know the best treatment for her.

I think when Fossa was in the south, she couldn’t walk because her injuries were so fresh, and the pain was overwhelming. Now, she seems to be either less in pain or getting used to it. When we checked her, she didn’t scream, but at the shelter, she still isn’t walking. I think she’s just so strong, and the pain is manageable as long as she doesn’t move too much, but walking is still hard for her. 💔

But as if Fossa’s battle wasn’t enough, our country is facing its own terrifying reality. Lebanon is bracing for what feels like the worst, with chaos unfolding at our borders. We don’t know what’s coming, but the fear is real. 🇱🇧

We need your prayers more than ever—for Fossa, for our shelter, and for Lebanon. If you can help support us during this time, we would be forever grateful. Every donation keeps our shelter running and our animals safe through these uncertain days.

Fossa’s Update❤️

Fossa is finally safe in Beirut, with me, after surviving the horrors of the war in South Lebanon. Most of her little body is broken, but she’s here—alive, strong, and ready to start her long road to recovery.

We’re waiting for the doctor to arrive in Lebanon to begin her surgeries. In the meantime, we’ll be doing a full blood test and x-rays on Monday to figure out where we can start.

Fossa is deeply traumatized. She meows constantly, as if she’s trying to understand what’s happening. She’s eating like she’s never seen food before, even though she was fed in the south—this is pure survival instinct. She’s scared of every loud noise, and her body is full of pain. It’s heartbreaking to watch her suffer like this, but she’s a fighter, and so are we.

To everyone who has donated: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support allowed us to get 60 kilos of dry food and 72 cans of wet food to Hussein in the south, where he’s feeding 40 cats amidst the bombings. This will keep them fed for a week or two, but we need more help.

Fossa needs us—she needs you. We’re fighting for her recovery, and we can’t do it without you. Please don’t give up on us. Speak up, pray for Lebanon, and if you can, donate to help Fossa fight her fight.

💔🙏 Link in bio to donate.

P.S. If you didn’t know, Fossa was caught in an explosion that threw her into the air. She hit the ground so hard that most of her body was broken. This is what she’s fighting through right now. 💔

FOSSA UPDATE: Trying to Get her to Safety from the South to Beirut

We’re doing everything we can to get Fossa, our injured cat from the south of Lebanon, to Beirut, but the situation is heartbreaking. The bombings today were so intense that no one could safely travel. I couldn’t risk anyone’s life, so we’re waiting, hoping for a safe moment to bring her to safety. My heart aches that I can’t go myself, but I have a family of over 100 animals depending on me. Hussein and some of his brave friends have stayed behind despite the dangers to help care for cats like Fossa and 40 others. I’m praying we can bring her here by Sunday and start her treatment.

Emergency Support Needed
We were able to get 3 bags of dry food and 48 cans of wet food to Hussein , who is risking everything to help Fossa and other cats in the area. Your donations will go directly towards Fossa’s rescue, treatment, and recovery. I will also spare some funds to continue supporting Hussein in caring for these cats, for as long as we can. Bringing Fossa from the south to Beirut will cost at least $150, and her treatment may reach $2,000. Please, if you can, donate towards Fossa’s rescue and help us keep supporting Hussein in this difficult time. The link is in my bio. And please pray for Lebanon—together, we can make a difference, one soul at a time.

Thank you so much for your support. 💔
