We conducted this splenectomy surgery recently. Splenectomy is the complete removal of the spleen.

Since our Pet Care solutions & Hospital, Gampola is equipped with the latest technological advancements and we utilized USG technology (Ultra Sonography) for monitoring the condition and there we identified that splenic tortion had been occurred as well.

Here we have attached the condition 14 days after the surgery.

The condition was diagnosed by Ultra Sonography (USG) technology. We observed the splenic tortion condition utilizing USG.

Successfully removed an ovarian cyst of 2.8 kg, under general anesthesia. A 9 year old, crossed breed dog presented with enlarged abdomen, lethargic, and reduced appetite. She’s much happier now!

This little fella was brought in after a hit and run this morning. He suffers from an irreparable crushed joint at his pelvis. His sweet little eyes get us every time 🥹 we’re currently rehabilitating him. He’s doing great so far!

Another life saved! Lovely Lulu had massive bilateral ovarian tumors, that we were able to successfully remove. We nursed her back to health and although we’re sad to see her go after 10 days with us, we’re so happy that she’s pain-free and healthy again!

මෙමගින් ඔවුන්ගේ සමේ ඇති විෂබීජ සහ අනෙකුත් අපද්‍රව්‍ය ප්‍රමාණය යම් දුරකට පාළනය වේ. මෙය සායනයකට යොමු වන සත්වයෙකු හට ඉතා වැදගත් වේ.

මෙමඟින් සත්වයෙකු සායනයට සුදුසු හෝ නුසුදුසු බව වෛද්‍යවරුන් පවසන අතර, ඒ අනුව ඊලඟ පියවර ඔබට යෝජනා කරනු ඇත.
මෙම පරීක්ෂාව සත්වයාගේ ජිවිතය සායනය තුලදී ආරක්ෂා වීමට සහ සායනයෙන් පසුව නැවත සිහි ලැබීමට ඉතා වැදගත් වේ. ඔබගේ දැනුවත් බව වෛද්‍ය වරුන් හට පහසුවකි.

3. කෑම සහ වතුර සායනයට පැමිණෙන දිනයේ දී පාලනය

කෑම පැය 8 ක් සහ ජලය පැය 3 ක් නොදීම. මෙය සෑම විටම සායනයට පෙර කල යුතුය. බොහෝ නිද්‍රා ඖෂධ වලට සත්වයන් වමනය කිරීම දැකිය හැකිය. එය සායනයට පෙර, තුල හා පසුව සිදුවිය හැක. අඩසිය අතර ආහාර වමනය කලහොත් එය සිරව සත්වයා මරණයට පත් වනු ඇත. එබැවින් එය තරයේ පිළිපැදීමට සහ සෑම විටම වෛද්‍ය වරුන් හට සත්‍ය පැවසීමට වගබලා ගන්න.

අනතුරකට ලක්වූ සත්වයෙකු වෛද්‍ය වරුන් හට ගෙන යන විටද ආහාර පාන නොදී ගෙන යන්න.

මෙම තොරතුරු සෑම දෙනාම සමගින් බෙදා ගන්න. සුරතලෙකුගේ ජීවිතයක් බේරගන්න.
