Hi there! 🧡
I hope you're having a wonderful Monday and that everything is going according to plan. 😊

I've been busier than ever, as usual, with winter approaching. 😅 Because of this, I've been less active on social media. Rolo needs cuddles and loads of long walks, and I also need to focus on work, working out, reading, and keeping up with some accounting tasks.

I'm behind posting finished orders yet again, but that's nothing new here😅

And just like that, it's Sunday! 🧡

As usual, I’m sharing a few pictures of finished orders along with some outdoor pics of us enjoying the fresh air. 😊

This week, we’ve been increasing our daily walks by an hour each day. Who knows how long this wonderful weather will last? We’re taking every opportunity to be outside. On the bright side, all this walking has made Rolo extra tired; he has been sleepy and calm all week long.

Happy TOT 😝

I hope everyone is having a great time and enjoying the last red autumn leaves before the wind does the job of removing them all🍁

During the weekend, we spent all day at the seaside and soaked in all the sun, warmth and the last remains of vitamin D from the sun, because who knows when we are going to get that one shining again this month or during November😢

On other news, I have finished more cute orders for my customers' dogs and even a hoodie for a cat. I can't wait to see pictures, and I hope the owners will send me some.

While strolling through our beautiful capital city Rīga, we stumbled upon this 7.5-ton cogwheel of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Transport and Aeronautics (MTAF) of the Riga Technical University (RTU). It arrived to the faculty in 1979 from the Brocēni cement plant and has been a symbol for them for the last 40 years.

It was really cool to discover something new for us, and I hope to find some more hidden treasures during our next walks🧡

I'm also super pleased with the water-repellent harness I made for Rolo, it is perfect for autumn, does not soak in any mud or water, it is very light (45grams / 1.6 ounces) and it is adjustable to get the best fit.

As promised last week, I have been slowly adding new items to my Etsy shop. Today's addition is this adorable blue floral raincoat💙🤍🩵

This cute raincoat will be a perfect choice for a rainy day that is also a bit cold. The soft fleece lining will help to keep the pup warm, and the outer water repellent shell will keep the dog dry. Even the cuffs are made from a water repellent material. The material itself has a wonderful and bright floral print that will look great on any color dog because who does not look good in rich blue tones🥰💙😍

Today, I received 4 new water-repellent fabrics for the winter season harnesses that I'm currently making. I'm juggling finishing orders and working on 14 different cotton harnesses for my Etsy shop. I may not be great at time management, but I'm determined to get them added to my shop this year. Better late than never!😅

Sometimes, you just need to stop and think about things 🍁🧡🍂

We woke up to sunny weather (a rare commodity lately) and took a chance and spent all day outside🍁🍂🌲 it was a perfect sweater weather🧡 and Rolo looked stunning in the hoodie and harness combo I made for him recently🥰

All this fresh air, sun, running around, eating, and interacting with other dogs and humans made him particularly tired😊

Since Yellow looks so good on Rolo, I made him a new, very cute harness for this autumn season🧡🍁🍂

I also added this style of water-repellent harness to my Etsy shop too.

Benefits of this harness:
1st It is adjustable on both sides of the neck and in the chest to ensure that the dog can not get out of this harness;
2nd The front chest part directs pressure to a bigger area in case your dog likes to pull, there is no pressure on the throat;
3rd This harness is very light in weight (45 grams / 1.5 ounces) but very sturdy;
4th It is water repellent and does not soak in moisture;
5th It is easy to wash off dirt and other things;
6th Does not impact front leg mobility and allows a full range of movements;
7th It sure is bright and cute🥰

And just like that, it is October 1st🧡

Autumn is definitely my favourite season, cool crisp air, lots of dark hours, and relaxing rain sounds, a perfect combination for productive work😊

I have been slowly incorporating new item making into my busy work scedual, so I can finally show off the fabrics I have been collecting during summer😊 for example this bright sweater and the yellow harness that I will soon add to my etsy shop too (but that's on my tomorrow's sceduale), today I'm too busy with making winter coats❄️ and being happy about this cute sweater I knitted for Rolo😊

What do you mean by it is raining cats and dogs today, and we are not going to walk more than a mile during lunch break?

I'm not sure who wanted to go back home faster, me or Rolo, after we got soaked, and by we, I mean, me, because Rolo's coat made by me is water repellent and mine (bought in a sports goods shop) is just water resistant up to 5000 units😅

I hope everyone is having a great start to the new autumn season🍁 it is still very summer-like where I live, but I'm feeling autumn and even winter trends already because this week I will be starting to make first winter coats and raincoats for the early bird customers that are getting their pups ready for the upcoming cold season❄️

I took a huge break from the Internet and some weeks from working to restore my inner strength a bit after the July events, and I think I will be 100% back this week, just taking things slow.

And again, a huge thank you to all for your heartwarming messages and support.

Rolo is doing great, better than I hoped, and it looks like we have settled into our new routine quite well. We are spending a lot of time outside and going on long sniff walks daily.

Someone's excited for a brand new winter coat💕 I looked into my dog's clothing closet and turns out Teemo has been left out a bit in a winter coat section I managed to fix this in the first few days of 2024 by sewing him this cute winter coat. I chose the most contrasting colors from my winter fabric stash for Teemo's hair color to stand out against this bright indigo blue and colorful mosaic combo. I added reflective elements to the back part as an additional safety feature. The lining is a black color cozy thermal microfleece, which will ensure the warmth and soft touch to Teemo skin and also be practical. The cuffs are created from a water-repellent stretchy material that will not soak up the moisture from the snow or rain.
