29/10/2024 I had the opportunity to visit a seminar "FCI group 1 specifics and challenges" organised by Latvian Cynological Federation and lecturer International qualification expert Beata Petkeviča.
It was interesting seminar, and I wished we could have more time to listen.

This was one of the rare shows in Latvia 🇱🇻 where we participated.. I really enjoyed the time in and out of the ring. I love my dogs so much, and I felt - we are great team on every step and had so much fun.

I have recognised that I haven't posted many pictures from our summer and autumn...
I have been busy with all puppies and now it's time to collect all memories...
- Nia had awesome time at the beach with her friend Greya
- other dogs had so much fun - running and enjoying the hot summer

»Worth to mention Blue Birdy had her very first dog show in her life (at age of 4 months) and it was the European dog show. Such an important title, right?

»Now we have two European winners at home (and there are no other cattle dogs in Latvia 🇱🇻 with such a title) - my baby Blue Birdy, and her father Bradley is the European winner’21.

Due to changes in life and plans, Bradley had to come with me to Hungary and Slovenia when I wanted to sign Sono and Blue for shows. If he had to come, why should he stay in hotel?! So I signed also him for dog shows.
In Slovenia he participated in two shows - Slovenian winner (not official title) and European winner show.
I felt like he is a granny in the ring because he was the oldest (if we don’t count the veteran dog). Bradley is 6,5 years old while the other dogs - not older than 4.
Despite the age, he was remarkable and got high placements anyway.

Let’s continue with our latest show results…
So.. after visiting dog shows in Hungary, we continued our way to Slovenia 🇸🇮
For the Slovenian winner show (which actually was not an official event title..) was signed Sono, Nia and Bradley but in the last second I decided not to take Nia in the ring. And the other day - European winner show, where Sono, Bradley and Blue Birdy was signed.

It was really amazing show, when also judge had to spend so much more time to decide the class winner. Sono was compared in so many ways with the class winner from Germany.
I’m really happy to see Sono in so good conditions after puppies. She is enjoying every minute that she spends with me. Thanks to judges for so high placements. 🙏

So… it’s time to share our latest news. We have a lot to tell… 🫣
I had a dream to take my baby puppy to a bigger show (this time - European winner) but as the show was so far from our home (1750km), I decided to take all my pack (5 dogs).
To shorten the road to the main show, we stopped at Komárom, Hungary 🇭🇺 to participate in 3x CACIB shows (28-30 September, 2024).
It was a nice show even it was very windy and quite cold, in a beautiful place. There were some surprises with one judge but thats okay :) We get many experiences and not all of them should be as we expected :)

In Komarom dog show I signed my adult dogs Bradley, Nia and Sono.

>> Bradley has already JCH and CH title of Hungary 🇭🇺 and this was the last time for him visiting Hungary.

>> As both girls didn’t close the champion title, we will go back to Hungary next year (they are halfway to the title).

Nia really loved the show - she has never so high tail as she showed in the ring because of excitement 🫣 And yes, I rather have happy dogs in the ring than forcing them to do what they don’t like.

Sono has her coat back after having puppies and it’s healthy and shiny. Sono loves everything that she can do together with me. Such a mommies baby. Now she is more confident in the ring and looks so powerful.
