Maine C**ns are large cats with an appearance. They have a muscular and well-boned body, which is a result of adaptation to sev
ere weather conditions. The neck is medium long. The legs are medium length and have large well-tufted paws that are perfect for walking on snow. The luxurious furry tail is long and tapering. The head is medium size and square at first sight. This impression is a result of very prominent whisker pads and a strong chin, which are similar to those of big wild cats. The slightly slanted eyes are large too and very expressive. Another distinctive feature of Maine C**ns is their large ears with fabulous tufts, which can make you think you are a happy owner of a little domestic lynx.
