What a change this city has seen. Years ago we got yelled at and sometimes physically attacked for helping the cats "let the cat be natural, dont give it medicine, no sterilizing etc etc" and now today finding this sweet kitty outside my door (but away from wind) in a bag with a thick wood piece in bottom to stabilize it and a towel for comfort. This mama kitty had something happen to her and her kittens were miscarriages. But this isn't a sad story, because whoever loved this cat enough brought her to somewhere safe and was trying, that effort makes us so happy to see. People are trying to help the cats nowadays, its so good to see!

It will not get better. In addition to the previous ones, there are four more kitten daz. Left in the box about 6 weeks old. Of course, taken away from her mother and alone.

The emergency call from last night. Cat run over by a motorcycle in the medina. She was such a love. To the vet today. Due to the serious injuries, double fracture of the pelvis and hernia, displacement of the organs into the chest, he was relieved of the pain. I hate the madness in the streets.

To most people this picture is not going to mean anything except a kitten eating a plate of meat.

But for me, this is the happiest moment in a week, this is the first time this little angel has eaten on her own in over a week!! Shes 100% blind and shows no interest in food, ive been syringe feeding her different things every few hours, for about 8 days now. My heart was hurting thinking she wouldn't make it, shes been fighting but theres only so much you personally can fight for some of these kittens.

Today she proved thats shes not weak!!

2 new additions today. A small blind one and a larger one with paralysis down the back of his back.

This little mouse was abandoned with a back injury. She developed a nerve pathway inflammation that attacked the brain. After 3 days in the clinic and a few seizures, we had to let her go today. But of course all this costs money even if she could not be saved.
