***Sadly the dog didn’t make it. He had a lot of broken bones and was in lots of pain. Fly high over the rainbow,🌈you’ll be peaceful now with no more pain and suffering. The people that left you on the street should be ashamed, to leave you in such a terrible condition, instead of taking care of you.**

A weekend is a day of rest, but not for us. Here, people think that we are responsible for every injured dog on the street. And of course, we didn’t leave the dog behind, we simply couldn’t. It was hit by a car, in extreme pain, and left in a box.
There is no X-ray machine in Ohrid, so we had to rush to Bitola. The dog is in a terrible condition, with a broken leg and pelvis. It also had a collar around its neck, meaning it had owners😢.
Every day, we become more and more disappointed in the people who live among us. Inhumane and irresponsible.
We kindly ask for help to cover the veterinary bill, which is £200.And pray for this boy to survive 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Meet the beautiful Kiara.
A gentle little one, but imagine when she was on the street, male dogs were chasing her because she was in heat. It’s always the hardest for female dogs on the streets. We can’t save them all.
Luckily, Kiara was one of the ones we managed to rescue before she gave birth on the street. She is now spayed, vaccinated, and safe with us.Also she is tested negative for brucella and leishmania.
She is the sweetest dog we’ve ever met. She will make a perfect family dog. Hurry and reserve her, she deserves to be happy!

Meet the wonderful Pika. She was found together with her little sister, thrown into a field outside the city, left to die, separated from their mother. 😢 Luckily, they were noticed and rescued in time, and now they are safely growing up in their foster family, where they will stay until they find a forever home. She is small and gentle, with a unique appearance. She gets along great with other dogs and cats.
She is dewormed, vaccinated, and tested negative for brucella and leishmania and ready to make someone happy.

This little beauty we saved just before she was hit by a car. Every single day, new puppies are abandoned. Not all, like Tara, are lucky enough to be rescued and given a chance for adoption.
This adorable girl will stay small in size and is currently around 5 months old. She has been dewormed, vaccinated, and is ready for adoption. She is looking for a loving family that will love her forever.

We noticed that this poor dog had an injured front leg, was weak, and malnourished, so we decided to take it to Bitola (70 km away from our city) for an X-ray to see what was wrong with its leg. Tests were done, and fortunately, the dog is healthy—it just needs regular feeding with quality food.

But the X-ray results left both the veterinarian and us speechless and in shock. Imagine, in its fragile 15-kilogram body, more than 30 air rifle pellets were found all over. 😡 Just think about the hell this poor dog has been through.

Yet, it still wags its tail and trusts people. Sometimes, it even whimpers sadly, as if trying to tell its story. 😢

Now, it is safe and under our care, but we need your help to cover the veterinary expenses and continue our rescue mission.

When Maison appeared in our town with cropped ears in the middle of the tourist season, we knew we had to save him. Someone had cut off his ears, intending to make him look fierce and scary, but he was just full of love, following tourists around and searching for his future owner in each of them.
One day, we realized we had to save him, or he would disappear overnight like so many others, especially large dogs. From September until the end of January, he was with us, a big giant with a heart full of love and a deep desire for a home of his own.
And yes, Maison, as we promised you, we made it happen. Now, Maison no longer dreams of having a home, he is living his dream and enjoying life. He is now a London boy, spending his days in parks and pubs across the city. He is loved, has a wonderful family, his own bed, and is finally getting the life he deserves.
We miss him so much, but we know that more than ever, we saved a life, and we are proud of that.

Together with her little sister, we found them abandoned near garbage containers on a busy street, where they were just seconds away from death—about to be run over by a car. She is around three and a half months old, vaccinated, tested, and ready to travel at the end of February.

Her little sister already has a home and will be traveling soon. Now, let's find a wonderful home that Dora truly deserves. ❤️

We are happy to inform you that thisJanuary, 15 of our dogs(Maison,Georgina,Stella ,Bobby , Fluffy,Toffy,Lea,Bruno,Maya ,Harry,Kara,Aya,Bongo,Lucy and Azra found their happiness and wonderful homes in England, Germany, and the Netherlands. All rescued from the streets, found in unsafe locations at risk of being displaced or poisoned. We are so exhausted from the daily care, but at the same time, happy because we know we saved 15 innocent lives. We truly miss them all already, but we know they will enjoy the life they deserve. A huge thank you to all the adopters who decided to take in a dog from us and trusted us.
