We can’t believe someone abandoned them, leaving them to either be hit by a car or die from the extreme temperatures. We just couldn’t leave them to suffer out there.

И конечно големиот дечко од Битола, одминуван,бркан и тепан од сите е на сигурно.
Откако го видовме постот за него не можевме да останеме рамнодушни и како тим решивме дека мора да го спасиме.Отидовме денес во Битола и благодарение на Кате која седеше со него скоро 3 саати и го чуваше да не залута,на Лиле која исто така помогна ,на Мирјана која координираше да се најде и дојде од Демир Хисар за да помогне и благодариме и на др Саше кој дојде на лице да помогне ❤️
Му дадовме име Цезар затоа што е силен,храбар и личен🥰
Веднаш го однесовме на вет кај Jasminka Serafimovska ,направени се сите анализи
и испадна позитивен на Ерлихија, затоа и на крвната слика покажува дека е анемичен,биохемија е уредна.Од утре почнуваме со терапија која ќе трае 28 дена,а во меѓувреме ќе даваме и терапија и за нозете,суплементи за коските(Јасминка рече тоа не е надворешна повреда,туку последица од неговиот мачен живот😥)и исто така ќе се става терапија за очите.
Ние не го одминавме,му подадовме рака за спас од тој беден уличен живот и се надеваме дека и вие нема да го одминете🥺Цезар ќе биде благодарен за вашата помош и ќе знае дека е сакан најмногу на цел свет.Да му покажеме на Цезар дека животот може да биде и убав.

Jeta fought bravely through every treatment, and even in her toughest moments, she was surrounded by love.

We just welcomed another dog at our shelter—meet gorgeous Whitney🤍🥰

This beautiful girl had been wandering the streets of Skopje alone for some time, her life constantly at risk. Yesterday, she was finally found and brought to us. Whitney is such a sweet soul, and seeing her relief now that she's safe has been truly heartwarming. She was taken to our vet right away to ensure that she’s healthy.

‼️Whitney is the second dog we’ve rescued this week, and unfortunately, we haven't received any donations yet. We need to cover her vet expenses IMMEDIATELY, please consider donating, even a few euros would make a huge difference!

Meet Lisa – the newest member of our family💗

We found Lisa as a stray, and right from the moment we saw her, we knew she was something special. She is such a sweet and friendly girl, given her gentle nature and small size, it was clear to us that she wouldn’t make it on her own🥺

After rescuing her yesterday we immediately brought her to the vet, where she was vaccinated, microchipped, and tested for any diseases (thankfully, her blood tests came back negative!). Lisa is safe at our shelter now, but our debts are piling up and we need to cover these costs asap.

Here’s what we’ve covered for Lisa so far:
- Vaccines= 40€
- Microchip= 30€
- 4D test= 30€
- Brucellosis test= 15€

We’ll also need to cover the following:

We urgently need your support! Our shelter's car, essential for vet visits and transporting our dogs to the transport van for their journeys to the UK, is becoming increasingly unreliable. While repairing it would cost €650, it’s not cost-effective, as the car is aging and constantly breaking down.

Naomi is still waiting for her forever home. It’s heartbreaking that no one has shown any interest in her, even though she’s the most special dog in the world🥺

Found as a stray, Naomi’s life hasn’t been easy. From the moment we met her, we knew she was different, something truly special. Her eyes, so full of hope and love, seemed to say, "Is it finally my turn?" It was like she knew her life was about to change, that she was finally safe and would never have to be afraid again.

Before & After Part 3: From Neglect to Safety, A Year and a Half of Love, Care, and Healing 🐾❤️

Remember the 80 dogs we rescued from another shelter where they had been severely neglected and abused? Here they are now, after a year and a half under our care. We took them in without hesitation, despite knowing that many of them would likely never find homes. The photos speak for themselves—when we rescued them, they had almost no fur, they were sick, scared, traumatized, and had severe behavioral issues. Now, after countless sleepless nights, tears, vet visits, and battles, they are finally safe and happy—some still in our shelter and some in their forever homes.

Despite our best efforts to save them all and give them the life they deserve, not all of them survived to experience the life we dreamed they'd have. However, we couldn’t be prouder of the progress we’ve achieved with these poor souls.

The reality is, we are now facing the consequences of our decision to take on so many dogs in such condition, fully aware that most of them may never be adopted. We are struggling to find homes for the ones still at the shelter, and providing food for all of them is a constant struggle. Having such a large, constant number of dogs also means that our ability to take in new dogs in very limited.

Regardless of all this, we wouldn't change a thing. We would do it all over again, because saving these souls who have been forgotten by the world, overlooked due to their age, appearance, size or condition- is worth every effort. Seeing their smiles, and the hope rekindled in their eyes makes it all worthwhile.

Every story deserves to be heard, and I hope you’ll take a moment to read mine…😢🙏🏻

I am Jane and almost two years ago, I was abandoned in a graveyard with my tiny pups. I can still remember the cold, the emptiness of that place, how I curled up close to them, trying to keep them safe while I was wondering if we’d ever be found.

When we were rescued, I thought our suffering was over, but I’ve spent the last two years in a shelter, hiding in the shelter’s bathroom because I still feel so alone. It’s not that the people here don’t love me, they do (so much!), but this isn’t where I belong 💔. I watch other dogs leave for homes, and every time I’m left behind, the ache inside me grows. I just want someone to see me, to understand how much I need a family 🥺.

Please, share my story. Maybe someone out there will hear it and finally bring me the peace I’ve been waiting for. I am sweet, calm natured and very affectionate, all I want is to be loved in return❤️
