How we do it!

We usually harvest our fruits and vegetables from various parts of Myanmar and main sources of fruits comes from Mandalay, Pyin Oo Lwin and Moguk. We also operate a farm at Pyin OoLwin which has been supplying us for avocados, strawberries and dragon fruits. We hand pick our ingredients and supplier carefully. We not only look for a reasonable and high quality supplier but also environmental friendly supplier that has been one of our core mission, i.e to help the environment.

90% of our harvest are fresh and raw. For those seasonal fruits, we vacuum packed and store in order to obtain freshness and nutrients throughout the year, and this allow us to be able to supply our products all year round without missing an ingredient. We do not store fresh ingredients in the chiller no more than 3 days. Our procurement sets out once every 2 days within Yangon and as for outside of Yangon, the ingredients are transported 3 times every month.

After we harvest and collect our raw and fresh vegetables and fruits, we wash them first with luke warm water to first risen out all sands and dirt. We air dried the washed vegetables and fruits before eliminating them in cold water using our “Ozone” which kills 99.9% of germs and eliminates up to 96% of pesticide and fungicide residue on fruits and vegetables. This helps us to store and refrigerate fruits and vegetables longer and fresher.

After treating the ingredients via “Ozone”, we wash them with hydrogen peroxide and vinegar to make sure the chemicals and wax coated mostly on apples and snow pear. This is to ensure that our Juices are produced 100% fresh, organic and raw and safe to drink.

We are using PET, Food Grade plastic containers which gives no harmfulness to the juices which are filled into the bottles. An added advantage to our juices are that of we overlook the fact that, the bottles contained more than 500ml. we care more for the advantage of our customers as we filled our juices to the maximum. This is to avoid oxidation. We do not give any space for oxygen in our bottles. This has also been an added advantage to our products as there is no separation of the juice and changes in color, smell, tastes and also nutrition values.

We guarantee that our products are 100% natural, artificial sugar & preservatives free and only have a shelf life of not more than 72 hours. We highly encourage our customers to finish our juices once open. If otherwise, juices are to be kept under 5 degree Celsius and not to a point where the juices will be frozen. Once frozen, our juices nutritious values will be lost and desired nutrition will not be fully cultivated by the consumer.
