Attention! There was a small hiccup in our booking system, but don't worry! We're thrilled to announce that Mediterraneo Marine Park will be open during the school holidays next week: Monday, 4th November & Tuesday, 5th November (as well as the rest of the week).

Today we celebrate our beautiful red-and-green macaw, Sansa, who hatched right here at Mediterraneo Marine Park on this very day in 2018!

Sansa is a real character and loves to entertain our visitors with her playful antics. Did you know her favorite treat is walnuts?

Our aviary received a stunning makeover, the home to over 100 birds, made up of Australian species; Kakariki, Cockatiels, Budgies, and Red Rumped Parrots. 🌿✨ Join us this weekend to stroll along new paths, admire lush greenery, and for just €1.20, delight in feeding these charming feathered friends. 🌟 Updated Opening Days for Christmas Holidays! 🎄

Exciting news, marine enthusiasts! 🐬✨ This Christmas season, mark your calendars for some extra special days at Mediterraneo Marine Park. On Tuesday, 26th December (Boxing Day) and Tuesday, 2nd January, we're unwrapping the joy by opening our doors outside our regular schedule!

⏰ Join us from 9:30 am till 5:00 pm as we extend the festivities. And guess what? Our educational shows will still take place as per the usual schedule, ensuring a magical experience for the entire family.

Today we're celebrating the 13th birthday of our playful and energetic dolphin Cha, who has brought joy and wonder to our community at Mediterraneo Marine Park. Cha's playful leaps, graceful movements, and intelligent demeanour continue to amaze and captivate our visitors.

We're so grateful for Cha's presence in our lives, and we're committed to providing him with the best possible care and environment. We hope Cha has a fin-tastic birthday filled with plenty of fish, fun, and friendship!

🦎 Delve into the fascinating world of reptiles with a glimpse into their winter behaviour - Brumation! ❄️ Here at Mediterraneo Marine Park Malta, some of our resident reptiles, including the Bearded Dragon, Black and White Tegu, and Burmese Python, are currently in this brumal state.

🤔 Brumation often gets confused with hibernation, but it's specific to reptiles, not mammals. During these winter months, you may notice some of our reptiles in a resting state, perfectly natural as they conserve energy.

🌧️ While weather conditions can be unpredictable, rest assured that unless it's raining or very windy, our dedicated animal carers and our beautiful reptiles will be happy to showcase our scheduled educational presentations.
