This is just one of them, The Lemon balm Microleaf.

The plant is native to the Mediterranean region and has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties. Lemon balm microgreens have a refreshing lemony flavor and aroma, and they're also packed with antioxidants and other nutrients. It's a great Garnish and full of flavour.

The caper flower. It's also found among our crops. It keeps our fauna alive.

One of our favourites, their colourful petals make for a great garnish, as well as add a slightly spicy, clove like flavour to your creations!

These wonders of nature have been cultivated by humans for more than 2,000 years! In fact, the scientific name of the species "Dianthus" originates from the Ancient Greek words for "Divine Flower".

Lison Confais and Lea Denis, studying Agriculture and Horticulture at MFR Saint Sulpice, France, just completed their ERASMUS+ program with us!

Throughout the past few weeks, Lison and Lea have been giving us a helping hand in the daily tasks carried out at the farm 👩‍🌾👩‍🌾 These included sowing, tending to our micro-greens, harvesting edible flowers, weeding, mulching and preparing produce for our clients.

We strongly believe in learning by doing, and what a better way to do that than at our Farm! Merci beaucoup, and we hope to one day see you again! 👊
