February isn’t just about hearts and flowers—it’s also peak mating season for cats! That means more stray kittens, overcrowded shelters, and too many cats left without homes.

Spaying and neutering not only prevents unwanted litters but also helps keep your cat healthier and happier. It reduces the risk of certain cancers, prevents territorial spraying, and curbs aggressive behaviour.

If your cat isn’t fixed yet, now’s the perfect time to book that vet appointment. Let’s do our part to keep our feline friends safe and help reduce the number of cats in need.

⛔️URGENT HOME OR FOSTER HOME NEEDED. OWNER PASSED AWAY 😿😿⛔️

These two boys have lost their owner recently and are now on their own. Owner loved them dearly, but unfortunately, she has no family in Malta, and her apartment needs to be vacated in a few days, since it is a rental.

If anyone can help us find even a temporary foster home for these boys, please get in touch via PM.

⚠️⚠️⚠️HELP NEEDED FOR PUMPKIN ⚠️⚠️⚠️

This adorable boy just had one of his eyes removed as it was damaged beyond repair. He underwent surgery and few days ago, and he is now recovering slowly in his foster home.

We are kindly asking you to consider something small towards Pumpkin's surgery so that we can cover his bill. It has been a very challenging year financially due to having to rely solely on donations💔 We understand expenses have increased for everyone, but how can we give up on helping cats like Pumpkin in getting the medical treatment they need? ❤️

Starting our day off with gratitude 🙏

CLAWS, on behalf of our resident and fostered cats would like to thank all donors for enabling us to continue taking care of our rescues.

With vouchers obtained through BCRS, Kwiksave and Nestlé Collect schemes we are able to purchase much needed supplies such as food, litter and medicine to keep our shelter running.

We understand that it might not always be possible for our followers to give monetary donations, so we truly appreciate the donation of these items towards our cause. 📣📣 MORNING SHIFTS VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - WEEKDAYS 📣📣

We are urgently looking for dedicated individuals who love cats and can spare a few hours during weekdays (mornings or early afternoon). Ideally, who can commit to helping out once a week.

Duties will involve basic cleaning of cages and litters, bedding and other similar duties as required.

We are struggling to cover all days of the week and any help possible would be greatly appreciated.

Training will be provided.
